My friend is pregnant with her first child, it is a boy, she is in need of baby clothes and baby furniture. Her nursery is going to be Classic Winnie the Pooh, and Looney Tunes at her moms house. I was wondering if anyone has some FREE baby clothes in the Champaign-Urbana, Il area...It is much needed and greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance!

My son is going to be 1 year old on November 6. He is about 23 pounds. I know that they should be 1 year and 20 lbs for most state laws and seat regulations. Now he has developed a hate for riding in the car since he cannot see us. Will it hurt anything since his b-day is within the next 3 weeks to turn him around? Thanks

My 8 month old daughter has only slept through the night 4 times her whole life. I make sure she's full before bed, I give her a bath, we have quiet time, etc etc.. she still wakes up several times a night. Sometimes staying awake for over an hour each time. Any suggestions please? She is bottle fed, and she sleeps in her own crib. Yes she is teething but this has gone on her whole life.

My baby is 5 1/2 weeks old and we just switched her to soy formula yesterday. She has bad gas and fusses a lot. Enfamil Gentlease helped a little for a little while, but her gas got worse again. Doc suggested trying soy. I realize this still may not work (this is the 4th type of formula and I use Dr. Brown bottles and gas drops), but if I am going to see results, how long will it take? Also, are there any negative effects of switching to soy?

I mean like 1st foods are what month and 2nd foods...etc. my son is six months and he eats the gerber rice, oatmeal, juices, water, and all the first foods and vegtables, along with his enfamil lipil with iron. i am just lost on the veggie and fruit progression.

I usually pour the mixed formula into another bottle so that newborn won't get foamy froth, but I end up using a lot of bottle and things to mix and then feed.

Just wondering it the frothy mix on top has any effect on baby...

My baby wont drink formula, it makes him gag, and my breastmilk is strating to dry up. Hes almost 9 mo. he would still get mostly breastmilk, maybee just one feeding a day of cows milk. I know the doctors dont recomend it but sometimes i think they are getting a little rediculous when it comes to what and when our babies can eat. I mean all these stipulations wernt around 30 years ago when I was born. So mom to mom tell me what you think...

Ok My son is 3 months old and he's crawling not running around crawling. But in the sense he's is crawling. But if ya hold him standing up on ya belly he loves it and wants to try to walk. I was gonna go out and buy a walker t o put him in. Because he can sit up by himself. so I think he'd love it. However, so many keep saying its bad for him to try to start walking now. Is that true or is it just and old wifes tale?? Can I let him try to start walking Now????

My 7 month old baby girl has had a fever for three days. I took her to her pedi last night and she checked her ears, nose, throat to find no visible infection. She has lost her appetite, (a little bit), she does not want the bottle, only breast. My hubby and I felt sick the same day she started as well.( were fine now) Her fever has been btwn 102.2 and 100. She was put on Amoxcicillin and Albuterol. ( really bad cough and congestion). The doc took some blood and will have the results back tonight. What could it be? Thanks
