Courtney. Nicole reminds me of Nicole Richie and Nikki reminds me of Nikki Sixx. Courtney doesn't really remind me of anyone so I like that--it's not as common.

I would go with Nicole, mainly because she can be called Nikki by her friends. Courtney is not an option

Definitely Nicole. It just sounds a lot better and seems more of a name where people tend to respect you more. With that name, she can have different nicknames as well.
