in my country old people are saying that my baby has got a big hole so i need to give him some black medicine. is it harmful if i dont do anything? serious answers only pliz. he is 7 months now and aboy

I have tried steam method twice in bathroom by leaving hot taps running and closing door but it didnt work... if anything just made my hair curly... but as soon as we emerged from room - off went the barking again,..... anything else I can do?

My little girl is 5months old and has two bottom teeth which she is biting me with and quite often, I dont want to shout at her or hurt her as that is very cruel and she is too young to understand NO, I shout when she does it as it hurts initially but im trying not to as she thinks its a game and is funny. Anyone got any tried and tested methods, shields dont work as she thinks its a bottle end and bites even more, I only feed her at 7am and 7pm on breast as she takes bottle at 11am and 3pm. Hope someone can help me and fast before i lose my nipples......

he is been like this for 2 days now he seeps 2 hrs then wakes up again he is 7 1/2 months ! can see the outline of his buttom teeth
he never acts like this help?

Is fleece clothing too warm for a newborn? I know that overheating your baby in winter is a riskfactor for SIDS, so do you think that fleece sleepers are too warm for a winter baby?

He used to eat a jar of stage 2 - 3 times a day plus cereal and fruit puffs and nursing now he barley eats one jar a day and barley cereal or the puffs. He is still nursing well. It dosent bother my sister she says he is fine but it bothers me. Is this a normal eating pattern???

My son is 4 months old and is still getting up every 21/2 to 3 hours to feed (bottle fed). I recently started feeding him a tea spoon of pablem before bed as well as 8 oz of formula. My first born was sleeping through the night by 2 to 3 months. Is there any other suggestions to get him sleeping through the night? I'm sooo tired!

Sometimes my baby latches right on and other times it can take him up to five minutes to get it right. Does anybody have a baby who really tries to latch on but just can't seem to get it right and it takes them a couple of minutes???- and is that normal?

I have a cold and I'm toughing it out for now but if there's something I can take I'd like to I think. My baby is only a week old so I don't want to take anything which could have the slightest effect on him, as I think he's catching it as well (keeping a good eye on him though!) My son is 3 months and 2 weeks old. He has acid reflux. He is on 3 different meds and has 10 tablespoons of rice cereal added to 4 ounces of formula. He is also weighing in at 13lb. and 9oz. I am scared he gaining too much weight at one time. I have recently talked to a friend of mine whose little girl has the same problem. She uses a product called ThickIt to thicken up her babys milk and juices. It has no flavor and will not make them gain weight. I was wanting to know if someone else has heard of the product and if someone else has used it. I was also wanting to know if anyone knows of anything else I could use to thicken the formula that they have used with success. THANK YOU and PLEASE SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY!

- ALWAYS refused bottle or soother
- does not like to use sippy cup or straw
- takes a sip here and there from an actual glass
- I'm worried she won't get enough liquid
- I've eliminated her afternoon feeds but she's not taking any liquid other than what's in her food

I want to teach them spanish , and my wife wants to teach them portugeuse ... but I think it's best to teach them english... but when should we start teaching them other languges before it gets to hard and Im afraid im confusing them by 2 yr. old says alot of bilingual words but is learning the concept of english. please help any good books about this topic?

I am back to before baby wieght but I look like I was once extremely obese. My stomach has a LOT of extra skin and hangs. I used all of the stretch mark lotions and it still looks orrible, ANy suggestions how to get my tummy back without a tummy tuck?! :(
