Are you a new mum? you could be suffering from post natal depression. Go and see your doctor to talk about this. The last thing you want to do is find your self directing this aggression at your child or another loved one. You are not crazy. Go and get help. Best wishes and good luck.

you are more than likely depressed. Call your physican and have a good talk with him/her and see what they recommend, you have to be honest with them too.
Just wondering why you have this in the newborn/baby section? Unless you are a new mom.. you might be going through post pardom depression...
If your not a new mom your in the wrong category.
Theres nothing wrong with you, you just need to seriously visit your doctor and have a talk with them, they will most likely put you on medication which will be the best thing for you and everyone around you.. it does help.
Good Luck

No, your not crazy. You could just be depressed and this is your way of expressing so. Something terrible, or just in genereal is really bothering and your scared of talking about it or just cant say it.
I am on anti depressants and i have calmed down alot since then.I had something terrible happen to me, three years ago, in three years in a row. I am also seeing a counsellor. See your doctor and see what they say. I hope that helps.

If you are 3 years old this is perfectly normal behaviour. If you are any older you need to find some help.

saying you're crazy is a rationalization to explain your immature behavior
