yes it is..as a baby grows up his/her in your case his eating habits will change. In a few weeks or months, you will notice how he starts eating more and more! for right now he is fine, but i would still monitor him, in case of any massive weight loss! Hope I helped!

It's normal for babies to eat lots one month (or even week or day) and then not as much the next. Growth spurts, teething or even moods can fluctuate little appetites. At 7 months his growth is probably slowing down a little. As long as their diets balanced out over a week or so, I never worried about my own kids appetites. Your sister is right not to worry, especially if he's still nursing. No child has ever suffered malnutrition in the midst of plenty. Offer healthy foods and he'll eat when he's hungry.

It's normal. I would worry if he wasn't eating at all or nursing. Babies eating habits change when they change. My daughter started walking at 10 months just a few weeks ago and her eating changed the day after. Every baby is different and it's nice that you are concerned but don't be worried.

He may be going through a growth spurt, or has just grown and does'nt feel the need to eat so much. Also teething could be a factor, but if he is drinking the milk fine, I would'nt be worried. milk is the most important, and from what you said, he did'nt stop eating those things, he just stopped eating so much. Don't worry he sounds to be fine. Your sister will know if something is up with him.
