I know Wal-Mart has them with all the other hangers and also in the baby department.
Target, Babies-R-Us, and a few other places I know also sell them.

Anywhere like Target or Walmart will have them. If they aren't with the other hangers, look in the infant dept.

I seen them in baby section at walmart. They have a couple of colors to choose from.

a really good place is a dollar tree stores or 99 cent stores. They are cheap and mine have held up for 3 years.

We have them at our local Safeway supermarket. I'd imagine any larger supermarket or department. store would have them, a specialty baby shop certainly would.
