Make sure the DVD has the correct Region Code for UK (I don't know what the code is for UK though). My guess is, it's very hard to find. Most region free DVDs are conterfeits from Asia.

Maybe you can buy from ebay (UK sellers), and have them ship directly to your UK address?

Not sure. Just remember that children under 2 years of age shouldn't watch television. It's bad for their eyesight and also their brains.

The pixels on British tvs are different than american so all american DVD don't work on British Tv's
