Me and my wife have a 7 day old baby boy. When changing him we usually put a burp cloth over his body, however with all the squirming he does he kicks it off and usually pee's on us and himself.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions... My 9 month old is 19 lbs and according to the doc. should weigh more. I've tried feeding him more and adding in a bedtime snack in addition to his 3 meals ( and formula) but it doesn't seem to be working. He was born small 5.11 and was never a really good eater from birth and lets you know when he's full or just not hungry. He's healthy, happy and very active...when people look at him they can't believe the doc thinks he needs to weigh more ( my cuz girl is 20m and weighs 23 lbs their doc isn't conserned)
does anyone else have this problem..or have suggestions on what I can do ?

okay, i'm totaly lost now. I've been made to feel horrible for even considering ferberizing my 11 month old son and in the same breath told about the no cry method. Briefly I was advised to try and sit in the room and read or sing to my son. Well, worth a shot right? who wants to hear their kid cry? well, I tried it tonight and not all it was cracked up to be!!! He screamed even harder then when I left the room in previous nights! It was like I was teasing him by sitting there and not taking him out. He threw his pacifier at me, he threw his blankie at me and even tried to climb out of his crib which he had never done when I left the room to let him self soothe! I tried it for a half an hour. I didn't know he could cry that much. It broke my heart. How is that better then the ferber method? I'm so very stuck on what to do. I don't want to feel like the worst mother of the year when I let him cry but I need answers and solutions...

I have a 3 week, old and would like to be able to bottle feed(with breast milk) about 2-3 times on some days, and still breastfeed. He has had a pacifier for about a week now and still breastfeeds just fine.

When I do start him on a bottle should I/ do i need to keep him on the same schedule(feeding him at the same time with bottle and same time with breastfeeding everyday)?

I have scheduled an appointment with the doctor for tomorrow morning but I wanted to know if anyone has ever had this problem with their sons. It started out as 1 little pimple on the inside of his thigh, the next day he had 3 pimples in that area and a few pimples on his scrotum and today he's got pimples on his penis, right on the tip!
It doesnt seem to bother him at all. I've always applied A&D on him at every diaper change, he's a year old and never had a diaper rash. Is this a diaper rash?

i recently got engaged and i love my in laws, they are just really filthy people. they have 4 dogs so there is hair EVERYWHERE, cups plates, floor, even in her cooking. and to make that worse the dogs go in the house everwhere and they dont bother to pick it up it just gets smeared in the floor. they had mice and would leave them in traps for weeks sometimes. there are cockroaches all over the place. the house STINKS! to make matters worse they have a in home daycare. (the inspector is a friend and passes them everytime and yes i already tried to call someone else to check the house)my husband and i are trying to have children right now and i worry about their health. i have thought about what will happen when they want to see their grandkids. i have thought about cleaning the house for them, and telling them but i dont want to hurt them. my husband has tried talking to them and nothing changes or if it does it just gets pushed in a corner. they are not old at all they are in their 40s

I give my 2mths old daughter medicine from a dropper, she takes 1/2 tsp, and she always spits out quite a bit of it so I know that she didn't get the full dose. Should I give her more, and if so how much more, or should I just leave it alone?
