My almost five month old son just broke his first tooth, you cant really see it yet but you can feel it! About how long does it usually take for the tooth to come all the way in and how long til his other bottom tooth comes in?

usually a month total .. like from start to finish.. I have my baby's fifth tooth... coming in ... NOW the one tooth came in but you should see the one right next to it coming in really soon ... so its going to be one tooth .. then two .. one right after another. .. I would say Tylenol and hurricane gel ( ori gel but a different brand.) ... that is working as we speak.... Its gonna get rough sister... get ready... it hurts..

My daughters bottom teeth both cut through the skin at the same time and they were full height about 3 or so weeks later..

no way of knowing when the next one will be - I some 1 yr olds who only have a couple teeth. My daughter got her 1st 2 at 5 month and just broke 4 more in the last week and she has 2 more about to pop through and she's only 7 months....

It will take a while for it to come all the way in, but it seems that when one tooth comes in, they just start popping up. At least from my experience. With my kids, I would see one tooth one day and a couple days later, two more would be there.

I'm wondering the same thing about my 8 month old! I can finally see part of her tooth under her gums. I noticed it 3 days ago, and have only seen a slight difference since then. I'll be checking your question for answers so I'm not asking the same '?' again lol!

They have a medicine in Homeopathy pharmocepia which helps a lot to the teething baby and hugely reduces discomfort for the child and worrisome mom...check your local doctor from that discipline...happy smile

How exciting! If you can feel it, it will surely cut through within a week. It can take a few weeks for it to fully come in. The others are probably not too far behind!

after my daughters bottom teeth broke thru her gums, it took about 2 weeks for them to be the full tooth.
but, her top teeth came in quick after they broke thru her gum, about a week.

All kids are differant so don't worry about it. What will happen will happen. Don't worry about things you can't do anything about. You and your child will be much happier. Good luck
