Go on Similac website and enroll. Its free. Just fill in the information. They send you a large free sample of powdered formula and coupons plus every month you get a $5.00 off coupon that they mail to you. I'll tell you a little secret: Have your friends, parents anyone go to the website too and put some imaginary baby's name in there and fake birth date and they will get the same every month. My grandaughter is 6 months old and the entire time I've been getting formula and coupons.

Believe it or not, Ebay has a section for these coupons. You can get like $25 worth of coupons for about $5. Also, call your pediatrician's office. I have never been in there when there are not anything from $2 to $5 off coupons at the check-out area.
Call the brand you're interested in - their 800 numbers are on the sides of the can. When they answer, just tell them you'd like to get some coupons. Sign up for American Baby or Parenting magazine and you'll automatically be giving your home address to formula companies LOL - they'll start sending you monthly/bi-monthly samples - but they're almost regular sized cans - as well as coupons.
Good luck :)

Pregnacy Weekly.com has a community message board where you post coupons to trade. TONS of gals have coupons for formula. WIC is also a great option- the income limit is pretty high. Go to the formula websites and sign up- they send tons of samples and coupons once they know who you are. And last, but not least- at every doctors appointment ask for some formula samples. They've got rooms full of the stuff, and sometimes they'll load you up with quite a bit.

Call the 800# n the back of the Parents Choice can. (Wal-mart) You can get a coupon from them monthly and it gives you enough $$$ off for a free can of powdered formula and $2 off the milk in a can. You can have friends call for you and get the coupons too and that way you can have several coupons per month.

If you don't want a bunch of junk mail sign up directly with the company instead of all these sites that claim to give you free stuff. This way you won't get a bunch of junk mail if they send you something it will almost always have a coupon or a sample of something.

Join the mailing list, or "welcome baby club" at Enfamil, Similac, Pampers, and Huggies. I got soooooooo much free stuff to include large cans of formula from Enfamil, (no kidding!), diapers, lotion, wipes, etc. There's also www.freenclear.com. Just click on the "baby" tab on the top of the page to see what they are offering for free.
