I have tried to get my daughter to drink cow's milk, but she absolutely refuses the slightest bit...even when mixed with breast milk. Any suggestions for the switch?

My 3 month old will completely finish off a 4oz bottle of formula. Should I add cereal to it, or make it 6 oz instead of 4?

Also, I heard you arent supposed to add cereal anymore, but make it seperately? Is this true?

My mother always told me when I was pregnant that the most important thing is to keep the baby on a schedule. I have been feeding my baby solids when I wake up around 8am, 2pm, 7pm. Lately she usually starts to cry around 6pm, so I give her a bottle to hold her over until 7. My father has been on my case about being a bad mother because I won't feed her an hour early. My reason is because she gets tired and wants to sleep after she eats, but she will wake up around 3am if she goes to sleep at 7. Am I wrong in just giving her the bottle to tide her hunger for an hour or should I break the schedule I have her on?

I constantly see black teenage girls 15-16 years old, who scream at their poor babies things like :"wah the f%uck is wrong with you?" ,"Shut up", "Noone wants to hear you". And thse horrible creatures continue popping a baby after baby when they can't treat even one like a human being. I am totatly outraged. I know there are bad mothers of all races, but blacks have the most kids these days-constantly screaming and beting their kids. No wonder many of them end up in prison...

I have a 2 mo. old son I was breastfeeding him for a while, now I have stopped. There has been alot of stress going on due to current living conditions and finacial reasons. Due to that my milk supply decreased and I was very uncomfortable feeding my baby feeling stressed. I still pump but there is only less than 1 oz. comming out from both breasts. My concern is that my baby will have some kind of detachment from me or have some kind of illness that he will never recover from by not getting the right nutrients and vitamins from my milk supply. What are the disadvantages from not breastfeeding for that long and what are the things that I can do to increase my milk supply again??? Im worried.........please help!!!

Isn't having a baby totally irrational in today's world?
Yes, you will satisfy your ego by creating a new life, but what about your innocent child?

Thank GOd I have family who offered to let me stay with them. I am feeling a little rejected and hurt but life goes on. How much time should I spend at their house visiting the new baby. My baby is 2 months old and she is 11 lbs 13 oz. The doctor said she is in the 77th percentile for weight. I thought by now she would be eating every 4 hours but it seems opposite. She wants to feed every 2.5-3 hours and gets 4-4 1/2 oz per feeding. And she will cry for more once the 4 1/2 oz are done. Sometimes I feel she is being over fed but she really screams for it and when I give her the bottle she sucks it down. Are there any experienced moms that can give me some feeding advice?
