If you're asking when the baby can steadilly hold his head up it would be 3 to 4 months.
But they'll start to lift his head and hold it steady for a second or two starting 3 weeks old.

Lilli is 3 months previous (Adjusted age 2 mo) and he or she's conserving up her head fairly solid. At 2 months, she began and changed into tremendous wobbily yet now she merely wobbles slightly biz. she will be ready to carry her head up at

My son started holding his head up looking around when he was about a week old. I would lay him across my shoulder and he would raise his head and look around

Every child is different. I think the average may be around 3 months. (can't rememebr exactly) I know my oldest was holding her head up & moving it around int he hospital when she was jsut hours old.
