Pregnancy & Parenting - 12 December 2007

My last period ended on the 31st of October, I had unprotected sex on the 22nd of November, and I haven't gotten my period yet. Should I be worried? I have a regular period. Are there any other signs I should be looking for? I already took a pregnancy test Monday November 5...it was negative. But I haven't ever missed a period, and this is the only time I've ever had unprotected sex.
I'm 19, in college, have a steady job, and I think I might be pregnant. I'm not ready for a kid right now, but I don't believe in abortion, and I know every bit of it is my fault. I will take full responsibility for the kid, and I would have lots of support from my family and friends (not saying they would approve)
I just need to know if it was likely on the 22nd and also if I should be worried since my last period in a few weeks over due. Please HELP!

Im strictly breastfeeding my 1 month old son. Up until now, things have seemed to be great, besides only being able to really produce out of one breast. I had been to many lactation appointments, and I had the nursing holds down pat, everything seemed to be going great...until this week. My nipple has a deep red ring right where the nipple meets with the areola (which I was told was latch on problems, but he has never had a problem with latch on, and I make sure he's latched on right each time). It stings while he's feeding really bad, makes my toes curl every time. It just keeps getting worse, as I only have the one breast to work with, and he's eating every hour. This is very painful and it doesnt have enough time to get better, as I'm basically constantly feeding. What can I do? Should I be substituting with some formula every so often? Or what? I'm religiously using purelan cream on my nipples...I've tried hot and cold compresses, which are soothing at the time,

ok. im thirteen, i've always been bright, getting As with the occasional B. however, my math teacher gives reallly hard quizzes and tests. i have a D in math, and because of this, i have an In danger of Failing on my progress report. i've already explained the D to my parents, but the IF has made them do the following:

-take away my cell phone
-ground me from all activities(even charity work) for the rest of the semester

im really upset, because i'm not sure this is a fair punishment. i explained the grade, and they knew that the progress report was coming with the grade. if they had done this originally, i would have been fine, but they way they sprung it on me is pretty harsh.
what do you think?

the girl that lives below us doesn't have a job and never leaves her house she plays loud music til around mid night-2am almost every night she is right now also
i called the police once only because my bf has to be at work at 4am they said wait half hour wtf

Hi, My name is Amy and Im in a kinda scary situation..My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex way too often and I know that it's not safe ... but in my own stupidity it is a risk we take.Now I find myself scared about pregnancy.I am due for my period in about a week to a wk & 1/2 but Im still scared.Recently I have felt more bloated than usual.. having lots of cravings .. and being sick at a specific time every night.

My boyfriend and I have only been together two months, and Im afraid if I were .. pregnant .. he would leave me.I love him.Im an 18 yr old college student .. working towards my dreams but making alot of mistakes on the way..

Worst case scenario .. I end up pregnant .. can anyone offer advice on what to do ? How to tell my parents and love?What to do about school what are your opinions/advice?

Im going to get a test tomorrow if all goes well I wont be pregnant and will have learned from this.I wont make the same mistake again.But Id still like your advice,any.=D

i didnt do anything wrong.
and i wasnt intending of being a suck up.

i made her cookies (her favorite) and a glass of milk with a card saying " just wanted you to know how much i love you" on it. shes been kinda in a sad mood so i thought it would bring her mood up.

she said thankyou when she saw it. she never touched the cookies or the milk.

i dont know, but is it wrong to maybe expect her to be more greatful.

dont get me wrong, thats not why i did it. but it seems that most other parents would b so happy that their teenage daughter would take the time to bak e them cookies and make a card...or am i wrong

hey everyone! i just wanted to ask you all how many centimeters dilated you were when you were admitted to the hospital. also for how long were you having contractions before you went to the hospital. i know you are supposed to wait until they are like five minutes apart, i just want to hear about other people's experiences. i am currently 39 weeks and 1 day, 2cm, and having contractions on and off every like half hour or so. thanks everyone!
