his Dr. acts like it's not a big deal and told me he will grow out of this. Is it something I should be concerned about?

My son done that but it stopped when he was 3 if my memory serves me right.

I dont think it is something to worry about. I am 18 and that happens when it gets cold or after heavy excercise where i sweat a lot. as long as its not stuck in a retracted position i dont think that it is a problem

Hey there, You shouldn't be worried about your sons situation. This is actually normal for boys and men :) Another name for this is called shrinkage hehe. This usually happens when it is cold and usually will eventually grow out of it but it is normal.

Depends, Does it go INTO his body cavity, or just kinda shrivel up into itself? If the former, then its serious and will cause him mental problems in life later on, esp with girls and in the locker room. Start looking online fo info on it.
