Drink lots of water, get plenty of gentle exercise, and keep up your fibre intake. Prune juice helps, if you can stomach it. Cherries, dried apricots and (bizarrely) popcorn all seemed to help me, too.

I am a 12 year old girl when mycocker spainel was costipated it was not preety the awnswer is change is diet give him hrd dog food for a while and keep im in a grassy area for about twice a week and just slightylu rub some garlic on his teeth not to much because that stuff is spicy this had my dog better in a week can u pick my awnswer the best and i hope it works for your dog

Yes very common. The hormones running rampant in your body at the moment have relaxed your bowels, so that means that you will have to eat plenty of fibress meals and consume plenty of water. Do not over eat bananas in hope to get anything moving, as these in excess have the opposite effect!!

Very common!! What worked for me was increasing my wheat products... I ate lots of whole grain breads and brown rice! Now that I am 38+ weeks I don't have that problem, but I still eat the whole grains

Yes! Your body wants to keep your stool in your system longer to absorb more nutrients for the baby. Also extra hormones will relax the intestines.Take 1 metamucil tablet daily...it is good for you and baby.

yep it happened with me while i was preganat with my 4 yr old but yet this time its going all the dam time....lol.
