the girl that lives below us doesn't have a job and never leaves her house she plays loud music til around mid night-2am almost every night she is right now also
i called the police once only because my bf has to be at work at 4am they said wait half hour wtf
that will make it almost 1am
what else can i do since they don't care and i feel bad calling back and bugging them for something that isn't an emergency

Can you complain to the apartment manager/owner? My condo association fines people for noise violations.
Don't feel bad getting the cops involved. It is their job! Tell them this is a consistent problem and they need to send someone immediately.

Well, call the police again. Fill a issue with them and also tell the landlord/manager. They need to be aware of the circumstance. You can not do anything to distrub other people after the work day has ended. Midnight and 2am is way past the work day ending. She needs to stop playing her music so loud. If she gets kicked out she will not be playing her music so loud then. I feel sorry for your boyfriend. You two should not have to deal with her loud music. Especcially him because he has to be up for work bright and early in the morning.

call the police back, there is a thing called a noise level law, be very persistant that you want someone to come down and you want it to stop, let them know that your bf has to be up early and it is really disturbing you guys and there is no way you can sleep with the music going the way it is, let them know that you're taking your step by calling them to do something about it and you've already been told to wait once, but if someone does not come out, you will handle the problem yourself (whether you will or not) I gaurentee someone will come out at that point lol

Oh, that is horrible that you have to listen to her loud music till midnight or 2am. She is very rude to play her music so loud and very inconsiderate. If your bf has to go to work at 4 am an she plays her music till 2, that means he gets 2 hours of sleep? Wow. I suggest that you write a note to her about this music issue. If she still plays her music lud, your boyfriend should get earplugs.

Call the landlord and tell him/her about the problem. If that doesn't work, then be persistent and call the police again, telling them that she's disturbing the peace and you can't sleep because of it. File a complaint.

this is very rude, you need to call your landlord and get him to put a stop to this. if that does not help then file a police report.
