A name pronounced Loo-Sha. The only way it looks right to me is Lucia. I also considered Lusha or Lousha, but those just don't look pretty to me. How would you spell it? and if it was spelled Lucia, would you know how to say it?

Our list is:

Kira (sounds like Keira)
Jonah (I know it's typicly a boy's name, but we really like it)
Mia (just think this name is quite adorable)
Holly (her due date is Christmas)
Hannah (my sisters name)
Courtlyn (my husband's middle name is Court, and Courtney is too overused)


My personal favorites are Courtlyn and Mia.

I need the pro's and con's on all of these names, and overall which combo should we use?

Khourie is how my cousin's lastname is spelt,

A friend of mine who knows my family, considered naming her baby this, spelt the same way if it was a girl.

I've been getting pregnancy symptoms... ALOT of pregnancy symptoms. Such as, tiredness, nausea, sick to my stomach (i havent vomited yet) headaches(minor) nosebleeds(dont know i those are actually a sign of pregnancy), always wet "down there" light headed, going to the bathroom more, mood swings, and irrablity(not sure how you spell it) and backaches. I've been TTC for 8 months. I am supposed to get my period today, but i havent gotten it. I know tha pregnant women get discharge and spotting because of implantation, but I havent gotten any spotting. I only got a little bit of discharge last week. The frist day of my last period was Sept 29/07 and it ended on October 3/07. I had sex on October 5,6,7,8,9,and 10. I took a test on October 23/07 (tuesday) but it showed me negative. I'm going to take a pregnancy test tomorrow or monday. But my question is: is there a chance that i could be pregnant. and is tomorrow or monday too soon to take a pregnancy test?

me and my hubby got IT on 2days before and 2days after the egg white

Hi ladies... i really need some help if anyone has similar experiences.. I didnt get my period for three months and had all the symptoms of pregnancy but the blood test said no...i then had brown spotting for about 5 days a week ago..and then i had unprotected sex but my husband didnt *** in me..can i be pregnant now? was the borwn blodd implantation bleeding? can i get pregnant if i didnt get my period other than blood for one day? the doctors dont know whats wrong.. i have no cysts or thyroid problems and i dont fit the polycistic disease.. anyone know whats up? can i be pregnant all along? do i have a chance of now being pregnant? i dont know whats going on and its killing us.. and we really want a baby for i have had three miscarriages in the past. thank you soo much..

Well, I told my parents that I was going out to eat and then to the movies and that I would probably be home around midnight! Well, the truth is that I was really going to a party at my friend's house! Luckily, my parents believed me and went to bed before I got home! Well anyways, people were drinking there and I must admit that I was drinking but not as much as my friend. anyways, at the end of the party she was pretty drunk so we had to sneak into my house. I forgot that my 22 year old sister came home from college for the weekend and was home! She was still awake (this was around 1 AM) anyways, she heard us come in and i am pretty sure she could tell we were drunk, my friend especially and i'm sure she heard my friend throwing up in the toilet all night! anyways, i'm pretty sure she will tell my mom and i don't want her to do that! do you think i should approuch my sister and tell her everything that happenned?

at work, i have to lift heavy things sometimes. im a waitress and sometimes we have to carry ice bags and packages of food around... will that hurt my baby? also can a lot of pressure hurt the baby? (for example... my little neices jump on my lap and push my stomach) please help!!

This is my first pregnancy and I just had a dr appointment he measured my stomach and it was 27 cm from the bottom to the top.I am 25 weeks a long due on Febuary 10th.I was wondering if thats good or is that big?Before I got pregnant I was 128 lbs, 5'2.My weight now is 144 lbs.All my test come back perfect and he says all is going how its sopose too.But I got family and friends saying that they think the dr has the due date wrong cause my last ultrasound (20 weeks) that the baby looks pretty much fully growen......Any good webs sites that I might be able to find out info on these measurments and what it means? Thanks

My youngest daughter just went off to college this past August. All 3 of my other children had no problem with college but my youngest is having a very hard time. I am worried she may be going through a depression.

She is giving it one more semester before she decides if she is going to transfer next year or not but I am still very concerned.

I know she is not passing one of her classes, wouldn't even get up to go to her other class the other day, and is now a weight of about 90 pounds. She lost 5 pounds and that's a concern to me as a mother.

Should I take her out of college next semester to allow her to go a to a community college??

I know next semester she is staying with a girl she met through the internet who could not get into the college until next semester!

I'm still concerned though!!
Should I put her in a community college for a semester??

what are your opinions on having a baby at my age? I suppose I do have a young face and get asked for ID to prove my age sometimes, so that could possibly be the reason. But sometimes people make me feel ashamed for being pregnant at my age!!

I am 19 yrs old and I am in a great place in my life right now. My fiance and I have been together for 6 yrs. We both have amazing stable jobs. I have been working at a daycare for a long time now, working with newborns-2yrs. Which makes me feel like I am completely ready for a baby because I know what it takes. I would like some imput. ...at school, what would you do? your child hates this school, and the people in it...it costs money to go to this school, and the school your kid wants to go to, is free. wat would u do?
you no your child nose some kids at the school they want to attend, but its alittle rough there, so you herd.

what would it take to let ur kid go to the school they wanna go to? chores a speech, wat do u want from them???
