With 10 being the highest and 1 the lowest:
Katie as a given name scores a 3. It's a cute nickname, but flimsy as a given name. Kate would get an 8; Katharine a 10.
Neveah gets a -5. I get the whole "heaven-spelled-backwards" thing, but I think it's an unattractive name. Eden would get a 7. Neve or Niamh a 9.
Monica is the best of the girls' names - I'd give it a 6.
For the boys, Jacob and Alex both rate 9s. Classic, solid choices that wear well for little boys and grown men alike. Bryan gets a 4; I just think it is dated. Ivan is interesting - I'd give it an 8.

Ivan - 8. It's alright!
Alex - Girl: 8+. Boy: 5.
Neveah - 7. How about Nevaeh? Switch the A and E.
