Some women said 5 days some said a couple hours? Is it possible to last a few days. I've had irregular spotting this past week since thursday the 6th .and my period isnt due for a little over a week. I'm pretty regular on the pill for over a year. Is it possible? I made an appointment at the doctors but it's not for a week or so. Gatta love Kaiser!

Any help is good.

My fiance would be so happy too.

My daughter is nearly 4 months old and i love her to bits. However, sometimes I just want to scream and scream at her, and get so irritated. Im tired all the time and snappy and short tempered. I feel there is nothing I can do to calm her sometimes and that she doesn't particuarly like me. She cries if shes down so I pick her up, and she cries more. Shouldn't a mum be able to comfort her baby when its upset? I feel like Im letting her down somehow and useless at being a mum. I had such high hopes for myself and now feel Im rubbish at it. Has anyone else ever felt like this?

My niece is 19, and she comes and talks to me about everything. She has a good job, she has a good head, on her shoulders. She just got married in May of this year to a wonderful guy thats 23 and she came and asked me how I would feel about her having a baby. I feel like there is absolutely nothing wrong with trying to have a child at her age. They can fully support the baby financially and emotionally. Her mom says she is too young to be planning a family. I think she is responsible enough to handle a child---hell, she's married and thats handful enough! lol! What do you guys think?

My 4 yr old woke up today with a fever (around 102), he is shaky, and complaining of a headache. I have given him motrin twice, and it hasnt helped the fever or the headache. However, in the past, he has told me his ear hurt, or throat hurt, and then when i take him in to the dr, he tells the doc he is fine, nothing hurts. So im hesitant to take him in. Should i anyways?

OK. I used to feel my little man move a lot, especially at night sitting in my recliner. Now, I am lucky if I feel him 1 time a day or even at all. Is this normal? Do babies go through growth spirts that affect there movement? Or maybe he switched positions? I am nervous and dont know what I should do. My doctor is at lunch and I dont want to call the emergency number.

my son constantly asks for an allowence. he does very well in doing chores in the house he does pull his share of the chore's. but to me i believe that he should get a job. it will teach him resposibility and prepare him for the real world. balancing a budget etc...

but now i'm thinking that maybe he should be paid an allowence. he is of legal working age from where i'm from. i do need to sign for him to work and there is i think a 3 hour a day maximum work schedule to follow.

i dont know. what are your thought's.
oh ps he's 14

thank's

I am completely miserable!!!! We are 36 wks (37 wks on thursday). I am only getting 1-3 hours of straight sleep a night then am up for the bathroom or to turn to the other side or whatever, then another 1-3 hours of sleep. My husband gets up to run the store and i try to sleep some more and when i wake up i feel like i have over slept. I can't win!!! No apetite at all, feeling so warn out i can barely climb stairs. Went grocery shopping the other day (thankfully with hubby) and half way through all my energy just drained from me and i almost just sat down on the floor, but held on to the cart. We have just over 3 wks to go before 40 wks, once we hit 37 wks where our baby is fully developed i am going to do everything in my power to get this labor started. I had the AC on full blast last night and it said 63 degrees and i was sweating, this is craziness!!! Thank you for those of you who read this and offer advice, i am pretty much just venting. I am so uncomy it's not funny anymore!!!

We live in Texas. We are sending papers asking for our baby's birth father to terminate his rights. From what we know, he is jobless, pretty much homeless (lives with a bunch of family members), and has an old drug conviction. We feel pretty certain he will terminate his rights, but there is that fear he won't. What is the process if he doesn't sign the papers? How much legal standing does he have? We have had our baby for 5 months and we are scheduled to formally adopt him pretty soon. We really hope everything goes smoothly.

In your opinion at what age is a child old enough to be left at home while the parent nips to the shop at the end of the road. I know people who have left their child at 7 and other people who won't leave theirs at 15. What is your opinion?

I am a 30 yr old man getting married in about 3 months but i have heard from many people that children are an emotional and financial drain on the parents. I fear that my anxiety and depression will increase if i have children, especially if (god forbid) they happen to have a medical condition or are congenitally deformed etc (i am very pessimistic). I have enough of my own worries. Then the extra stress of marriage and children may again send me into the deadly spiral of depression. I am taking antidepressants and other meds but they help me to the point where i can barely handle my own job and other worries. I am in no way ready for any additional worries. Any more stress can completely break me down. On the other hand, people tell me that having children and caring for them is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experience and brings great joy in life. It is not a source of stress but a source of happiness. (probably not when they r rebellious teenagers!). Please Help.

I have a son who is 9 months old and i am also expecting my second baby dec 21st. Is it as much hard work as everyone keeps telling me it will be? I enjoy being a mum and love spending time with my son I just hope that the time I have will be enough attention for them both. My son was a brilliant baby and into a routine straight away - still good now although had a few sleepless nights down to teething. Has anyone any advice maybe in the same situation as me?
Ive just got a mortgage with my partner also and plan to work a couple of evenings a week but apart from that I will be raising them. Thanx

If this girl that you know Is a real jerk towards you. Cuts you down in front of your friends embarrasses you makes you feel like crap. If you found out she needs to wear a diaper at night when she goes to bed do you throw It back In her face? What would you do?Give her taste of her own medicine or walk away.
