ok, for the last few days as I am walking, or sometimes just standing... i get this pain on my left upper thigh (at the inner joint...) and if feels very similar to a charley horse in the calf. so... its not very nice. It only happens on the left side...

What could this be? I am 3 days over 40 weeks. could it be the baby doin something funky down there??? who has experienced this at the very end of the pregnancy??

Hello everyone. My fiance and I just received a car (a camero) from his mom for free in great condition and it's good on gas. We plan on getting another car in the future but for now we have to make due with what we have since we're a new young couple trying to make it on our own. We're having a baby due next year and my question is does anyone know of any carseats that will go well in this type of car? Like the brand and where I can get if from. It's kind of a low rider. Please help if you can. All answers are very appreciated. Thank you!

MIL is incredible overbearing, and possessive over the kids. I don't mean affectionate and loving, like a normal grandparent, she actually tries to stop me holding my own son, she was trying to get my 4 year old daughter to call her mommy, and constantly refers to them as 'her' kids.
She isn't critical of me, or anything like that, but what she's doing is so innappropriate, the other day in Walmart a woman was 'clucking' over my son in his stroller, and MIL picked him up and said "yes, he's my beautiful baby boy". The woman thought she was his mother!
What can I say to her, this stuff is happening almost daily, and it's driving me insane.

Ok question one I am a stay at home mom, i'm not to big into watching TV unless its nick jr or disney with my daughter (6 months) I need things i can do at home that will keep me busy and actually keep my interest. I was thinking of doing scrapbooking but that doesnt seem like something that i can do all of the time. any suggestions? and my second question is when is it ok to give your baby cows milk and how much do i start with when i do?

I really love my boyfriend and for the most part he treats me like a queen but during the last month or so half the time I can't even stand him to be in the same room. I'm 12 weeks pregnant. While I'm at work all I want to do is get the day over so I can be with him, but once I'm with him, every little thing about him drives me nuts. I feel like I'm going crazy. I love him so much but feel like I'm pushing him away. Half the time I don't even know why I'm doing it. Anyone else having this problem?

I have sex with this guy about 2 or 3 days ago on Thurs. and then we had sex again on Sat, we had unprotected sex, but he pulled out everytime . I wanted to know what ur in put is and when I should get a pregnancy test. I saw him today in school and he didnt even look at me. This **** is crazy. So pre- *** I think went inside me. Please help what do I do and if I am pregnant this is baby number 2. I started my period last sunday and when I finshed having sex with him on Friday my period went away, and now its nothing.

The ultrasound tech just said I am 8 weeks pregnant.
Does that mean that I have just finished 7 weeks, and am in my 8th week of pregnancy, or does it mean I have completed 8 weeks?

I am realllly confused, because my last period was 6/29, I normally have 31 day cycles, and my luteal phase is usually only 10 days max.

From charting, and ov tests, I ovulated most likely on cd18. I only had intercourse during the 4 days before I ovulated. I got a pos hpt at 11dpo.

According to my ovulation date, I should be only about 7 weeks pregnant. My baby is measuring 1/2 inch, which is 8 weeks. Is it possible that the baby grew FASTER, because I didn't ovulate 7 days earlier, nor did I have sex that far back.

Can the gender of a baby make a difference in growth at that early stage? I just don't get it.

Can you understand my question? Sorry for the confusion.

And, yes, I know that it probably doesn't matter, but I am just wondering.

I feel like I want to die! I've tried everything under the sun and nothing seems to work. I've tried crackers, pretzels, peanut butter, popcicles, milk, sprite, 7up, fruit, pepto bismol, 25mg promethazine from my doctor, any kind of food, and nothing seems to work. HELP!!! my husband found out that he has a kid
the lady is asking for child support but he doesnt want anything to do with her or the baby he says that he told her to have an abortion wich she had 2 before, cuase he didn'd love her (it whas just sex) but he thinks she got pregnant on perpouse because she told her that "what about if she got pregnant"?, he told her from the begining that he didnt wanted nothind seriouse just sex and she agree but when he told her that she found someone that he really loved (me) and that he doesnt wanted to see her anymore cause he wanted to be committed to me she got mad!!!! I am thinking of starting a party planning company for children's birthday parties. Basically a simple 2 hour party for 10 kids would be $200 and would include invitations, decorations, party games, cupcakes, punch, favors and clean up. Is this a service that parents would be interested in and willing to pay for? Of course, things like inflatable bouncers, clowns, etc would be extra, but I would also be able to provide them. These would be simple backyard/basement type of birthday parties for kids 3-12.

This woman my husband worked with drank alcohol almost every day or her pregnancy, smoked a pack of ciggarettes a day, and drank a few red bulls a day. she didnt care when every one told her how wrong it was. she said she didnt do anything with her son, and he came out with add...so she felt it was ok to do all these things her whole pregnancy. as a result, her daughter was born a dwarf( i know thats genetic), but also blind, deaf, retarded, and had under developed lungs and was in the hospital for about 3 months after her birth. shouldnt someone do something about these moms whose own actions affect their unborn childs life? especially now that her child is not going to really have a life like she should of had the chance to have? BTW she thinks that none of her actions have caused her child to be like that. And she says she in no way feels quilty about it.
