it's completely normal. Try eating small meals all day long, every 2 hours or so. It will eventually pass, don't stress about it.

no no need for a doc... your preggers... :)

This is very similar to the kind of sickness i had... I found that i couldn't let my stomach go empty... because then once i ate (which would be alot cuz i would be starving) I would throw it up.... I have to learn to eat smaller snacks or meals throughout the day rather than a couple large meals a day.

Also, you may find that certain foods will make you sick. I love chicken and around 2-3 months, i just couldnt eat it.

Good luck, and just be aware of how much food is in your stomach... and do NOT eat fast! :)

I had that experience too when I was pregnant. Sitting down to a meal was very difficult, it was almost like a gag reflex. I was fine eating small meals and snacks and drinking fluids but it was pretty miserable wanting to eat but not being able to when the food was all ready! Hang on a little longer, as long as you're keeping some food down and drinking fluids you should be ok. Always check with your doctor though if you think something is wrong.

Its normal. You cant handle full on meals with your hormones like this. Eat only light things for a few more weeks, and space your meals out so you're just snacking 6-8 times a day.

If you're going to eat meat, keep it lean and in small amounts. Chicken with no breading, only a piece or two. Lean beef, just a little bit. Eat something light first, like some fresh veggies or some fruit. Drink plenty of water, throwing up dehydrates you.

It will pass for a while, and eventually your stomach will only have room for small meals again.

nope, sounds like morning sickness (aka all day sickness). Your stomach may not be able to "hold" all the food. It's recommended during pregnancy that you eat smaller more frequent portions. Your body digests the food slower when you are pregnant, so can make you sick when you eat your normal sized meal. You can also feel sick if you go hungry too. You need to keep a constant bit of food in your stomach. Also, the blander the food the better your body will handle it. Good Luck and Congrats!

I know they call it morning sickness. But really you can get sick at anytime of the day. It just happens to more moms in the morning. Don't over eat at meal time. Eat less, just more snacks till you get past that stage. Some moms are sick through out the whole pregnancy. Others don't get sick at all. All women and pregnancy's are diff. I would always carry dry crackers and sprite with me anywhere I went. That helps with the upset tummy and when your hungry. I think your doctor would tell you the same. But if your really that worried. Go see him. Nothing wrong with making sure your healthy for you and your baby.

this is normal during early pregnancy. That's how some women lose weight during the first trimester. Make sure u are eating small portions of food. Munch on crackers in between so u don't starve urself. This will normally go away after 15 or 20 weeks.

nope its completely normal. snack frequently throughout the day rather than having complete meals. just make sure youi're getting everything you need to keep your baby healthy. for me, i couldnt let my stomach get empty or i would get morning sickness. there were times where i would wake up in the middle of the night STARVING and i would have to eat because if not, i knew i'd regret it the next morning. i would munch on rice cakes (the mini ones) when this happened and it really helped me. so smaller meals, more like snacks and avoiding foods that makes you feel nauseous.

you're perfectly normal...I am 7 weeks today and the morning sickness kicked into high gear last week....like you I can snack off and on all day and I am fine...a fruit cup here, a bowl of cereal there...but the minute I put any real solid food in my belly I am nauseous and throwing up...I've even lost two lbs!! So yes I think this is normal and if we can tough it out the next month or so we'll be ok...

Completely normal. Keep eating the smaller meals for now, and slowly start with the bigger meals when you can.. Drink plenty of fluids.. It will get better in a month or so! Good luck!
