This is something I got to wondering, nobody take offense please... But if you are a mommy/daddy to be, and you or your wife were expecting and it turned out to be a high risk pregnancy, which would you choose to keep alive if the time came to make a choice?
I would think to keep the woman alive because you can make another child together, but once your partner is gone,that's it, no more wife/love of your life, no more planning... This isn't about me or anything, but it is a question I've wondered about before...

my fiance has been feeling really sore and exhausted lately (we're almost at the end), i do massages and footrubs and basically cater to her every need (which i dont mind doing at all) :), but what are some unusual/out of the ordinary things your significant other did for you while you were pregnant that made you feel really great? i'm looking for anything unique that could help either make her more comfy or just make her feel happy. thanks


oh, and sorry to ask a bunch of questions tonight. she and i live very far away from family.....

Some ppl say its 36-37 weeks. I am due on December 9th. And since this wld be my second pregnancy ( after a failed first one), I was wondering what if the labor pains start on its own? What are the chances of labor pains starting after 36 weeks? Or they can be triggered off earlier? A planned C-section is better to get done at which week the earliest that the baby doesnt get any problems and is healthy? Thanks.

my period came on july 20th and on august 5th i had sex i think tha boy pulled out before he nutted because after he pulled out he got a towel and nutted on the towel but does that mean i could be pregnant because my period hasn't come on yet and how long should i wait before i take a pregnancy test

I am extremely thirsty so I look it up on the web, and its a normal thing that happens, then I read some cities have unsafe lead amounts in tap water, and some bottled water as well. I was wondering if anyone knew of a really pure bottled water that is ok.

Is this something that many pregnant people go through? With my pregnancy with my daughter I've never went through half the stuff that I'm going through now. It causes me to loose tons of sleep because I wake up gasping for air. I sleep on my sides and on occasion on my back. Please respond if you have been through this, know someone that has been through this, or are a prof. Thanks and YES I sleep with my head elevated.

My baby is already 18 months old, and it seems like he was born yesterday. I have been taking pictures like MAD, but I feel like its not enough to preserve the memories. They grow up so fast!!

What should I do to sort of........slow things down?

Any ideas on ways to remember everything? I have a TON of pictures, but I'm looking for something else.

ok i think i am 7 week pregnant. i went to my doctor and thats what he thinks based on how long ago my last period was. and so after i seen him he sent me to an OB which i dont even have an app. with until im 3 months pregnant which i think is dumb cux this is my first pregnancy and anything could go wrong before 3 months but anyways i am having cramps like its a period. they come and go day to day. when i get these cramps they only last a min or two then there gone for a while. is this normal?

I have ireggular periods these are my cycles lengths since jan 65 days, 61 days, 41 days. My last period was on the 1st July so i'm on day 59 of my cycle. I have done a few HPT and they have come back negative. Although i got negative with my first child too. I had lots og cramps around day 30 of my cycle but AF did not come. Have had a few more since then too. What going on? I have no symptoms like I did with my first pregnancy.

I am suppose to have my Progesterone level checked tomorrow to see if I have ovulated. What should the number range be if I have? Also, I am suppose to get my period around the 3rd of September but are feeling nautious in the mornings and have thrown up once.. How many days after a missed period does a home pregnancy test show up accurate?

My doctor told me to take my daughter's old bottles and clean them real good, dry them, and store them in a plastic bag and they should be fine if we decide to have a baby in a few years to use them soon. A ton of co worders say I can't do that, I need to get all new nipples for the new baby, that the old ones are bad. While I haven't gone out and gotten them from the storage building to check, I really don't think they are bad. I did exactly what I was told and had them cleaned perfectly.

Advice??? I am due in January and money is VERY tight, I have to figure out what is needed that I don't have.

im on birth control, but i want to know how to make it seem like the pill failed and i got pregnant. what are some foods, medicine or anything to counteract with the pill and cause it to not work. I want to get pregnant but not purposely, if that makes sense. and dont waste your time lecturing me.

im the 3rd child out of 4
my parents already had to deal with my older siblings adolescence
but now its my turn
they are too strict on me
they say tht they don't want me to become like my older siblings my older siblings never did anything wrong
just go out with their friends
they usually had to lie to go somewhere
cuz then my parents wouldnt let them go anywhere without taking a younger sibling
im a honor student
have good exemplary friends
i just want to have some fun
but they don't trust me to not even go to the park or mall with them
they want me to stay home 24/7 cleaning the house and cooking while they work
and they used to let me to go to the park before but i always had to bring my rude little brother
i want to live my young days
before im doomed to be worrying for the rest of my life and full of worries
i know right from wrong and live above the influence
and i told my parents all that im telling you now
but they still dont give me a chance to prove to them im mature enough
