Well, if this "person" is young or in her teen years then she should just come with the future father and just admit it. Tell the parents all the information that they know about the baby(how far along; gender; etc.) and how they will take care of the situation. And if this person if old enough to be having a baby, then send the future grandparents a card saying greetings future grandparents from your future grandchild.

How old are you if u don't mind me asking?? I had my first baby at 18 and was so scared to tell my dad. I guess it depends really on how young you really are.....if you feel more comfortable with your mom you should def go to your mom first and tell her.

Just tell them and deal with it. She was dumb enough not to use contaception, and now there is a child that will not only change the daughters life but the parents.

Like everyone has said....she needs to tell them sometime of course!! I am sure that her parents love her and she will be alright and they will help her through it and she will probably have to give the baby up for adoption.

Tell her to sit her parents down and tell them what's going on. She's only hurting herself by not telling someone. She needs to tell some trusted adult, and fast if she can't bring herself to tell her parents.

It's going to be hard but the longer she waits the harder it will be. Maybe she should tell her mom first. They will be angry but she has to tell them as soon as possible. There's no easy way to do it so just tell them.
