im thinking of getting the 3d dvd done at about 26 weeks, do you think its a waste of money or good idea? Also, Im dying to find out if we are having a boy or girl, do you think we should wait for the surprise? At 17 weeks now.

My 11 month old constantly needs attention and would scream if you leave him alone with his toys, even if you remain in his visual field. I've invested in almost what seems like every toy under the sun and they are of no interest to him.

I just had my baby monday morning and I guess my milk just came in today. My breast were engorged since yesterday. The left one is easier for him to drink from and he even drained it some but the right one is still huge, hurts, and he is not able to take it as easy bc of the size I am guessing. I have a Gerber manual pump that I had bought and when I try to use it I just pump & pump and nothing comes out what so ever. I do not know what to do at this point. I am breast feeding him all day but in the morning I give him an enfamil bottle well my husband does bc I am so tired and soar at that point. I want to pump so he can feed him that but its just not working. Any help please?

I am really starting to think i'm pregnant i have about 1 1/2 weeks until i can take a test to know for sure.. and I just want to know how long is a good time to wait until i tell people you're pregnant, ie my husband, inlaws, boss... etc.... and also does anyone know how maturnity/ parental leave works in ontario?

Has this happened to anyone else? I went to the Doc today he did an internal u/s and seen nothing except a cyst on my right ovary(which is weird cause I'm having pain on my left side)he seen nothing on my left side. I have to go back in 10 days to do another u/s do you think it is too early to see anything or should I be worried? I also got bloodwork done today for hcg levels and i go back monday for the same test. I have pcos and took clomid. I'm wondering if I ovulated later then I thought....any info to ease my mind would help.

my daughter is a week away from being 6 months and my cousin has a baby that is 6 1/2 months and she has 3 teeth and eats cheerios. My daughter is teething but she dosent have any teeth and everyday I feel her gums and none is breaking through. I know everybaby is different. When did your baby get its first tooth?

Here's my story... I am a Day Care Provider and have a family in my care that I've had for the last 3 years. They are moving and Monday will be my last day with them. The mom is single with 4 kids. I know I'm going to miss them, the kids are great and she's a wonderful client. I want to give them something to show how much I have apprieciated her over the last few years and how much they will be missed. Any ideas???

that i was having a party and everyones child was being watched and my neighbor offered her husband to watch my child and play with thiers. well the party wasnt over yet and thier child and mine ran through the door. it got me thinking.. that my neighbors husband wasnt watching them...what do you think? should i be mad or what?

My wife is 7 months pregnant with our 2nd daughter. We have yet to decide on a name for her. We are debating over 2 names really but all suggestions are welcome. Our oldest daughters name is Aubrey Caroline (for her two grandmothers).

For this baby we like either
1. Isabella Claire
2. Arabella ??? (we might chage the spelling of this one to Aribella)

What do you think? Like I said, all suggestions are welcome.

We have just found lice in my 3 and 4 year old girls hair. We went to the store and got the shampoo and stuff to treat their hair with. But I would like some tricks that other moms have found to get rid of them, like home remeties. what and how much and how often do I need to do it. Also once they are gone, are their anythings that I can do and put in their hair to help reduce the chance of them getting them. My 4 year old starts school next month and I am open to any ideas as to how to get rid of them and keep them away.

I have an idea for a baby shower game for my neice, however I am creatively challenged. I need a list of about 15-20 unusual ways to describe Fairy tale and Mother Goose characters. I have come up with one, but need some more for examaple:

im 7wks/8wks pregnant,earlier on i had awful cramps(which i still ave) felt faint & dizzy and had some bleeding!! up until now i havnt told anybody only my boyfriend who is a million miles away but i had to call my sis to take me to the early pregnancy unit-in ireland it was 23:00 hrs wen i got there,there was only 1 doc on & he was on call-the nurse took my blood pressure etc & they asked me to stay overnite so in the morn i could get a scan but i cudnt because i avnt told my ma & da yet so the earliest i can get is mon morn..has anyone else had these symptoms & wat has happened? im a nervous wreck

Someone educated... I'm being told by my other half that 99% of a baby is made up of the father, and that the mother "only has the egg".. whatever!! We carry them for 9 months & give birth!! All the man does is get off!! Anyway, my question is... seriously... is a baby really 99% daddy 1% mommy??
