Sure! Just make sure it's spill-proof. =)

Six months is the optimum time most doctors will recommend introducing the sippy cup, in fact they highly recommend it. As long as you are comfortable with it, there is no harm. I didn't want to, and just told the doctor I was using one so I wouldn't get lectured, LOL!! I waited until well after their 1 year birthdays to use them. I liked using the bottle, at the time, sippy cups weren't the best in spill proof, and I had better spill-proof with the bottles. Now they have come a long ways, and there are not as prone to leaking as they once were, so it's your preference!!! :)

She could be a minimum of attempting to help carry her bottle and on a sippy. infants not often wean off a bottle till they're waiting. She could be having some sips of water too. i think of she she have a sprint juice yet that's a private decision. Juice could be no extra effective than 0.5 juice/0.5 water. Hand her the bottle at feeding time in the present day and notice what she does. Its organic for her hands to return up and carry on at a similar time as having a bottle. She somewhat desires the cup although. She could give up the bottle at 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and he or she desires to earnings a thank you to drink in a while. do no longer concern mom, you will no longer harm her via no longer attempting yet she is a sponge. each subject she see's and hears could be defined and touched. you have an entire, remarkable soul to fill with love and getting to grasp. get excitement from her and permit her get excitement from the international.

You can introduce a sippy cup to your baby, but chances are, he will just play with it. Six months is too young to replace the bottle with a sippy cup. As far as washing bottles, do what I did: Buy a lot more bottles!!!!!

I gave my son a sippy cup as soon as he was able to sit up and hold it. The first couple of times that he had it he just played with it, but he got the hang of it and we never went back to bottles!

yes it's perfectly ok, my daughter first used a sippy cup at 3 months (with the help of a 2 year old cousin) and 6 months she was drinking out of a normal cup!

I started my son on a sippy at 6 months. Though he really didn't figure out how to suck on it until 8 months, and was totally off the bottel by 10 months.

It's actually recommended to start a sippy cup at 6 months when you start solid food. Just put water in it and offer it at meals.

YES! YES! and YES! If he will take it give it to him. Plus maybe the other baby will start to copy and then taking away the bottle will be easier. They say no more bottle by age one is best. (at least thats what my pediatrician always told me)
