Congrats on your child and may I say what a beautiful name. Neveah- (butterfly).
Normally middle names flow off the first name. You wouldnt want a name with the same endings. But its all up to you. Look at the fathers side of the family or yours for inspiration. You want your child to be proud of thier name.
Its even better once they get older that there is a story behind thier name that you can tell them.
The name should be true to your heart and your choice. Something that makes sense to you and your family.
If you are truly looking for a middle name from hispanic orgin, remember this. Its completely different then Puerto Rican orgin. Here are some sites for you to look at and it should be chosen by you and loved ones, though flattering that you are asking us for ideas.

I wish you and your family the very best.

I love that name... Heaven backwards! Nevaeh.. LOVE it.
Since traditional hispanic cultures don't use middle names, why not pick a surname out of the family gene pool somwhere. My younger son (yes he's half mexican) is Dawson Moreno... Moreno being the surname of his father's father's mother.... (my son's great grandmother's maiden name) Or, take the first name of a family member and use that... maybe add your own twist to it. I'm big on middle names being family names... but that's just me. Nevaeh Clarice, Nevaeh Rose... or Nevaeh Skye.

Neveah Brisa
Brisa is Spanish for breeze or small wind.
This would make your child's name mean heavenly breeze.
Congratulations and best wishes!
