should I take thyroid medience? Has anyone took thyroid medience during prgancy?

Our son has Aspergers and is 10. He is on Risperadol for the autistic symptoms. Anyway, I was cleaning and he came to ask me about Heaven and is there another place after that. I told him that when a person dies there is a Heaven and that is where you go- and we talked about this for awhile. I stopped cleaning because I knew he was upset and we sat and just talked. He seemed better...but a few minutes later- he had tears running down his face and was crying on the couch. He asked if it was normal to worry about dying and he worries something is going to happen to one of us or to him or his sister. We talked some about this and I tried to reassure him, but I don't think he is feeling better.

He frequently asks questions about science that are so high-level- I have to look up the answers with him to get him his answers. Lately, they are hypothetical.

What would you tell your child? My heart breaks because he has worked himself up so.

i am 17 and i have a boyfriend that i've been with for a year now. i work 2 home jobs making $400 a week for both jobs. i have been on birth control for 2 weeks, then i started just throwing them away. for the rest of the 2 weeks. i've been having unprotected sex for the whole time. he thinks im taking the birth control but im not. i so badly want to get pregnant. and now i think i am. im just waiting it out. i know this is wrong, but is there a way any doctor can detect that i really havent been taking the birth control pills? and whats your opinion of the whol situation? please tell me thanks. and like how much all together does it cost to get everything for the baby. i know wal mart has somthing called nursery in a box. its a really nice crib and changing table and dresser for only. $199.99 they come in white cherry and honey.

Ok, I babysit this kid. He's four years old, but he acts more like a two year old, maybe younger. He doesn't speak in full sentences; he's barely speaking in full words. He can't catch a ball, even when I practically hand it to him. He doesn't focus on things like TV and he has a short attention span. But at the same time, he does things like hide in the exact same place over and over and I'll "find" him (he practically drags me to the place he hides) over and over. Also, he has this thing in his stomach...it goes into his belly, then a layer of guaze or somthing covers the hole around it, then this other plastic thing outside the gauze. OK, that's a not a very helpful desription, but it's the best I got.
I'm not sure if this is relevent, but I know his mom had him when she was young...I think she's around 20 now.

And yes, I know I should ask her about it. I will, I'd just like to have some information on what it could be before I ask.

Any ideas?

A lady I know had a baby that was 1 month premature.

They went home from the hospital right away without complications and I was shocked to hear her say that she was saying that she HAD to breast feed for a month because the baby wasnt allowed to take a bottle.

This woman is a ding-bat and she does like to play up the "woe is me pity party" and Im not sure if she is breastfeeding and trying to justify her decision to do so by hiding behind "doctors orders" or what, because right after that, she said she would start the baby on a bottle when it was a month old.

Im not familiar with preemies - does this sound right or sound goofy?

If your baby is 3 mos old and was born early? and baby is having to be on Qxygen and has had medical problems, Would you go out of town and leave your baby with a 19 yr. old baby sitter? Even if it was just an overnight trip and you would be coming right back, would you go and leave your baby? Knowing this and the baby also has clift plate and sometimes gets choked when eating because the milk comes through it's nose! Just wondering what some Mothers out there think and is this Moral ?

I know I'm asking for big debate but it really bugs me sometimes when I see mom's asking questions that deal with their babies getting shots and then I see rude people commenting about how horrible it is and how your putting your baby in danger. I for one make sure my children are up to date on their shots and fully support every child getting them. I would love just once for someone to actually give me PROOF that it causes autism. I mean with out a doubt , studied for 10 yrs , by loads of scientists proof. Is that soo much to ask??

I was at the fair last night and saw a bunch of kids on leashes or harnesses. It was like a cute little kitty or bear backpack thing. It looked pretty cute plus it's a great way to keep your children safe. I used to be against those because they actually looked so inhumane but now they're cute and the straps are wider so it doesn't look like it would be uncomfortable. What are your opinions on this????

Okay I get the Mittle Schmertz each month, and I usally get them around day 13 or 14th day of cycle. But today I got them at day 10 of this cycle.(curious to proving what doctor told me the aches were ) I went to store and got the Brand: Answer Quick and Easy Ovulation Test. I just took it and the and there is 2 lines like it says's on the instructions.....but one line the indicator line is a tad bit fainter then the comfirmation line. But there is 2 lines. So Do I just test again tomarrow to see if the line is darker or is the faint line a dection that I am for use ovulating? So has anyone had a faint line on day 1 of using the predictor kit? It also states on the ovulation instructions...to stop using the Kit once you have gotten 2 lines, as that you no longer need to test for this cycle. Any advise? Thanks Were are trying for our 3rd baby.

My daughter will be a year old in like 2 weeks, I know that you are suppose to wait until they are a year old to start feeding them cows milk, but I am curious as to how serious it is before they are a year, i know that it has something to do with their digestive system. I would ask my doctor but I am in the porcess of switching insurance so I currently dont have a doctor! Any advice or experiences you could share with me would be very helpful! Thanks a lot!

My daughter is 11 years old and she talks back and argues all the time. I need to find ways to get this to stop or at least slow down. I don't spank or hit so I need help with other ways of punishing her. Or giving her consequenses. What has worked for you? Any idea's on what I can do to nip this in the bud?
