Nina is good, but Lovely is a bit out of the ordinary. Maybe Nina Love, or Nina Faith (or if you really want to, Nina Lovely)

I like Nina, but not Lovely Nina. Sorry.

Perhaps you'd consider Nina Love. That way your daughter could just use the initial when she gets older and finds it too mushy.

I love the name Nina. Not so crazy about Lovely being the first name. Remember the child will grow up and have to have her name as an adult. Why not use Nina Lovely?

Don't put an adjective in front of a name. That's just weird. Like Smelly Nina. Stupid Nina. Oh the teasing and taunting she will endure. How about just Nina.

Not my favorite name, but if you want to keep the Nina...

Nina is nice, but I personally would have a hard time calling any girl Lovely.

I don't like the name Lovely. You don't need to give her a name to describe her as "lovely" Allow her personality to do that for you.
Nina is pretty.
If you name her Lovely Nina, I can imagine children making fun of her.
You could call her that as a personal nickname. But as a given name, it will be something she can't escape.
