I can't say that I know any, but I just looked at lists of dozens of adjectives and found a few that might work as names. I would like to interject, however, that naming someone with an adjective is burdensome in that if they aren't like that adjective it will be a glaring contradiction.
Precious, Generous, Gracious, Happy, Constant, Loyal, Just, Jolly, Serene, Pleasant.

Most adjective names have noun meanings also [Amber, August] or are a bit silly in this day and age.
Red
Sneezy
Dopy
Sleepy
etc.
Lawful
Righteous
Ambitious
Outrageous
