Yeah i do,my first best friend was called Francesca when i was about 5 or 6.Yeah i do like it!

It a nice name, but think of the possibility of the name being shortened to Frankie. I work with a lady named Fransesca, everybody calls her Frankie.

I think it's beautiful, but remember it's italian, and you would need an italian-sounding middle name to go with it.
