I have increased upto 6 kgs,but still inside the normal weight.I am basically very short in height.I want to know whether baby is healthy inside.Is he/she get good nutrition from me or not?I having daily 1 glass of Milk,egg and fruit juices.

More than this i cannot eat more......i dont know y?Is it due to my short height?Pls some pregnant short women do u also had this same?All my friends and relations telling that i will get my baby too underweight b'coz of my underweight.Y now i am Ok,Y short women cannot give birth to a healthy baby?

Is my baby getting good nutritient and vitamins?During scan Dr told that baby is fine and normal.But he gave me next appointment after 1 1/2 months.I am curious to know before that check up..Pls need help and suggestions from experienced poeple.

My parents' family is rich and I'm very well off, my parents tried force me to have a abortion, because they told me it's more shamful to put your child up for adoption, because my child is illegitimate and bring shame and disgrace upon our family.

I kept my child without telling them I'm having it, but do you think it's bad to put the baby up for adoption even when I'm financially well off and have a stable career? Should I just bare the shame to raise my child on my own?

Hey ladies! I have a couple of questions about implantation bleeding. I hope you can help. I was wondering when implantation bleeding occurs and what it is like. I had a small amount of brownish bleeding eary this afternoon, but none since then. I am not sure if this is implantation bleeding or if it is my period trying to start. My periods are never brownish and never bleed just a bit and stop. Any info would be appreciated!

My one month old so will not sleep in his crib at all. He hates it and i dont know why. I think i have myself in a bad habbit now. When he was about a week old he would scream and wake up all night long and not want to go back to sleep so we started putting him in his bouncer seat to sleep and set the whole bouncer right in his crib. Now thats the only way he will sleep. What do i do!! i think i started a bad habit!

I was wondering from parents of 2 or more children how do I prepare my 1st child for a new baby and how do I make sure he is getting enough attention and doesn't feel he is being replaced by the new baby. He is 16 months now so he would be at least 2 when the next child is born.

lol last month my mom took out 200 dollars out of my account for going over but idc. i dont use my money if i want something i make my mom buy it for me wit her money. so she said this month if go over that much shes gonna take the fone. but i dont want that to happen. how can i convince her to take more money out. cause i dont even need the money.

I have been trying to get ride of my little girls ringworms for about 3 months now. I took her to the pedi twice and they gave me cream and antibiotics by mouth-they went away while taking them but came right back. I keep a VERY clean house and no pets! They are only on her butt and top back part of her legs. Any suggestions anyone? If you planning on leaving some rude inmature comment DONT waste your time! Everyone else thanks!

Hi all, I'm 29 weeks pregnant and for the past couple of weeks, I'm having a nagging pain just under my ribs on the right side, usually when I sit down for a while. It doesn't bother me too much when I'm standing or moving around. I'm going to ask my doctor about it when I go Thursday, but I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and had some advice on what it might be. The thought of gallstones or worse has got me scared. Thanks!

My sister in law has gives in to her spoiled 3 year old daughter. We all went out this weekend to a car show. I brought along my 20 month old's stroller. My daughter might have got to use it for 30 minutes. My niece had climbed in it while my daughter and I were in the bathroom. I asked her to go ahead and get out and let her cousin have it back. She pitched a fit, and started to scream. Her Mom did nothing to help me get her out of the stroller. I had planned on letting my daughter snack and drink a juice box. I asked her again telling her she was a big girl and could walk, again she started in with her screeching, and whining. Her Mom told me she just doesn't want to, then said if I had to have the stroller her brother could carry her around. I told her no, that he didn't need to carry her around. She needed to be a big girl. Instead of her getting her daughter out she strolled off with all my daughter's stuff. I had to carry my daughter around, while I looked for them.

A friend of mine wants me to help her make a sign to put on her birthing room door stating to the staff she wants a natural birth and to not offer her drugs every 5 minutes. She's had two previous births drug free and became annoyed at being asked over and over. We need suggestions for a short and simple phrase to be put on the sign. We want to use pretty die cut letters and are going to have someone draw an angel in the center of the page. What would sound not too harsh or rude, but would get the point across? Remember, it must be pretty short.

my baby boy is just about to turn 9 months old.

the thing is, during a bath, he noticed his privates, and proceded by pinching and pulling until i took him out of the bath in fear of him harming himself. his area was bright red and it looked very sore!

he has started doing this every bath time, and he hardly understands what no means, so i cant correct him not to do it. hes also definatly too young for me to explain to him things.

should i just let him figure it out for himself and let him hurt himself? or should i prevent him from doing so until i can explain things further?

any imput would be greatly appreciated!

I'd like for my Daddy to modernize his parenting. Some of my concerns:

1) Not letting me have e-mail, Facebook or MySpace
2) Overreliance on threats of corporal punishment for backtalk and getting in trouble at school
3) Holding me to a clothing budget
4) Forcing me to go to boarding school this fall.
5) Demanding to do a "wardrobe inspection" before I go out.

I have a ten week old son. He has been sleeping with me. I want to put up his crib in his room, however I don't know how and my mom and dad are the only ones who know how to put it up. My mom doesn't want to because of space and how much time it takes to set it up. They are coming over later, I told them they should see him but really I want to ask them. They are coming at 8:00 PM. (in a hour) How do you think I approach them and get them to set it up. Or do you know any alternatives.

Anyone else have a toddler who is not ever seen without his blankie and his thumb in his mouth?? I don't mind so much (our son is 3) but lots of people have commented on it in a disapproving way. He does always seem to have it, he rubs his blankie on his face while he sucks his thumb. Should we limit is access or is this all ok?
