For your breasts, try wearing a comfortable bra at night. This will help hold them in place and the blankets rubbing against them won't irritate them.
I don't know how to help you with the nausea, because nothing worked for me. Just keep yourself hydrated and nourished the best you can. Your dizziness and headaches could be a result of malnourishment.
During my second pregnancy, I became so dehydrated that I went into labor at 5 months and nearly lost the baby. Thankfully, the doctors were able to stop the labor and I have a beautiful 10 year old daughter.
If you're having trouble keeping keeping things down, try strawberry flavored milk. Seriously!
During my nausea days, people gave me all sorts of advice about Saltine crackers, 7up, and other bland foods, all of which my stomach rejected.
Taken in small sips, I was able to drink Nestle's strawberry milk. Because of that one item that I could take without throwing it up, I gradually gained the stomach power to eat some real foods.
Several friends of mine have since had pregnancies and the morning sickness. After I recommended the strawberry milk, they all told me that it worked for them.
