I work for a dealership and am on FMLA leave because I just had a baby. I was planning to return and am supposed to next week,but my babysitter is moving and I dont want to leave my baby or 2 yr old with anyone else and I dont have enough money for a daycare. Its all last minute and I dont know how to break it to my employer. How can I quit without burning bridges?

JP lives with us 3-4 days a week.When he comes over he hangs/climbs all over us the whole time.If i'm on the phone or watching tv he "hits me" in the head or yells in my ear to irratate me.I ask him nicely to stop but he just laughs and does it more.My fiance does nothing.When i can't stand it anymore i have to ask my fiance to get him to stop and all he says is "Buddy she does not have any patience for u right now so please leave her alone" like i'm being bad for not letting him "beat on" me. He does this to his dad and mom too but they just let him do it.Hes not staved for attention as both his parents cater to him 24/7.But if his dad has to do something(shop/clean) that does not center around him he has a fit.His parents were divorced when he was just a baby so this is not all new to him he just seems to be getting worse.Please what can i do?Why does my fiance let him do this?

hi. im 35-36 weeks pregnant. and i have a few questions...
my doc appt. was today. he said im dialated to a one, im 50% effaced and the babys head has started dropping and im at a negative 3??? what does all of these things mean??? is being dialated to a one a big deal? what does being 50 percent effaced mean? and what is the negative 3?? is there anyway to tell APPROXIMATELY how much longer by these facts? please helppp..... im miserable.

I need some encouragement. My son will be 3 weeks old tomorrow, he is my first, and I feel like i am gonna go crazy. Some days are better than others, but i have found it very hard to adjust to being a mom. I never could have imagined how hard it was gonna be! I feel so anxious and worried and tired. Will it get better? When? Sometimes i find myself thinking that i wish we would have waited a couple more years.. Please im looking for someone who felt the same way as i do-- like you were gonna go crazy from no sleep, having a fussy baby, and missing your life before baby... Encouraging words needed!! I feel like everyday is a week. This has been the longest 3 weeks of my life! Help

I just stoped breastfeeding my baby. I did that gradually, so both the baby and I would have a smooth transition. Last week I was breastfeeding every two days and now that I finally quit (This is the 3rd day without breastfeeding) my breasts are engorged and sore, especially inside the nipple area. Is that normal for the nipples to feel like there are little rocks underneath them? What can I do to help the engorgement and soreness? What's going to happen to this "left over" milk inside my breasts? HELP!

My cousin recently told me that while she was pregnant her doctor told her not to swim in the ocean or lakes. Now I live right across the street from the Ocean, so needless to say I am in it all the time! My doctor didnt mention it to me, and I didnt think to ask, I just figured swimming was okay. But now I am a bit worried. Have any of you ever been told that??

My baby is almost 5 months old and developed this rash like 2 days maybe 3 days ago and it just keeps getting worse. I thought it might be the cheap wipes I bought so I got some pampers sensitive ones thinking those would clear it up. I even have been putting Balmex on it. She's never had a rash but my sisters daughter always gets them and she said it looks like an allergy. But its not getting better its just getting worse. I put some meds on it today for an allergic reaction but she keeps scratching it. What do you guys think it could be and should I take her to the dr?

My middle son has a bad ear infection and was seen by the Dr. Yesterday. He's been on antibiotics for 24 hours but I swear his ear is swelling on the outside.....it's sticking out much farther than the other!! Have you ever seen an ear infection swell the outer ear??

I don't know what's happening to my 9-year-old daughter. She used to be the sweetest, happiest girl, rarely giving me any problems. People used to comment on how polite and well-behaved she was, as well as tell me how lucky I was for having such a good child.

Recently I've noticed a huge change in her personality/attitude and it's for the worse. My daughter now has a very bad attitude. She's become snotty, whiney, unappreciative for anything that's done for or with her, and expects that she be entertained 24/7. In a nutshell, she's turning into a spoiled brat.

I just grounded her from the TV, the phone and the computer for the way she's been acting. Her reaction? "I don't care!"

I should add that nothing has changed in our lives recently, so she couldn't be reacting to something like that. I've tried to talk to her about her attitude but she denies it.

I don't know what to do. I'd appreciate any advice or input. Thanks.

For moms who didnt need inuslin, just checked there blood and did the low carb diet and exercise, did you end up having any complications, a larger baby or did the baby have problems at the birth? Did you end up being able to have the child naturally?

I have been able to avoid taking medications but I am still concerned that something could happen. I know all situations are different but I thought I would ask the moms on here what there experiences were

bleeding off and on since July 5th. On the 5th it was a "medium" flow of bleeding, which lasted a few hours, then stopped. It started again on the 10th and she said it just "litterally poured out of me" and the 11th and 12th it's a "light to medium" flow of blood. What could this be? Has it happened to anyone else? Was the baby ok? What kinds of test can the doctors do? She lives in Flordia.... PLEASE HELP

I just had my mentral on June 23, 07. My cycles are exactly 29 days every month. My luteal phase is the average 14. On my ovulation chart, I was supposed to ovulate Saturday or Sunday July 7th or 8th. BUT this month I started using the OPK's. So I begin testing on July the 2nd, ( got a neg result ) July the 3rd ( showed 2 lines, but still neg ) July 4th , ( definately a positive result ) So we did our thing on the 4th , and again on the 6st. Thinking that I caught the LH surge just as it peaked, and within 24-36 hours I would ovulate. I tested again for the remaining days with the OPK's, I am still Positive. The last day I tested was Yesterday , What is going on ??

I missed 3 pills last month and decided to stop taking the rest of the pack. I was spotting for a few days right after I stopped the pack and I was suppose to start my actual next period this past Monday, but I haven't started and it's Thursday. right have been reading some of the questions about abortion and those aggainst it seem very religious (mmm they say pro life) What I want to know is if there is a god... and he forgives our sins.then why are these people so unforgiving....If He loves all aparently... yet my gay friend is not welcome in the church unless he repents??? repents what loving and caring for another human? . We don't know when she ovulates. Her last period was on June 6th. We had sex on June 22nd, as well as a few times before. She was scheduled to have her period around the July 7th. She had it on the 8th. We bought ClearBlue Digital. She tried it on the 9th (at night). Not Pregnant. We tried again to make sure on the 11th (in the morning). Not Pregnant. What do you think? Can she still be pregnant?
