My sister's friend is having a baby. It's a boy. She wants to name it after her people she liked in her school. The ones that have weird names:

Nimvidas Weyss Granger (wezz)
Diddier' Kryis Granger (did-ee-ay)
Hayvin Crai Granger (cray)
Verimune Jace Granger (veh-reem-yune)
Tino Danson Granger (tee-no)
Adriac Harben Granger (ay-dree-ack)
Cobiner' Dareine Granger (coe-bin-ay)

Which would you choose? Oh and pleaase do not say none, actually choose one please. (i hope u don't think i'm telling u how 2 answer)

My baby is 14 weeks old. I started out breastfeeding but I had to switch him over to Similac w/ Iron. His poop has never changed. It's still kind of loose and he poops at least 5 times a day or more. He is gaining weight and has no other issues. Pedia says to leave him on it but I am paranoid because my other son has a milk allergy and was on soy. I don't really want to switch my baby over to soy because that constipates but I just don't think his poo is normal for a formula fed baby. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I thought they did not start eating you out of house and home until puberty!

She is not overweight yet, but I definitely want to avoid that situation.

The problem is worse after dinner. I sometimes believe it is boredom. Any suggestions on some low key activities to keep her hands busy. We don't want to get her too riled up before bed. We try to suggest doing crafty things & such. I guess I would just like some more ideas that may not have occurred to me.

Also, would love to hear from other parents that are going through this early pre-puberty thing. I don't have much in the way of family or friends to help me out .

i have been thinking my dd has been waking up through the night due to teething. Then i read that between 6 and 10 months, if baby who normally sleeps through the night peacefully suddenly begins to wake up at night crying, that it is probably caused by seperation anxiety. Sooo that said...
she been waking up screaming at night, and because she can stand up and move around she gets to amused and cant put herself back to sleep.

I need to know what to do?

Should i be picking her up? Or should i let her cry herself back to sleep so she can find ways to sooth herself?

Please give any advice possible!!!THANKS

Hi, I am due any day now for my ovulation day, my question is I took an answer ovulation test today and it had both lines but one was just a little lighter does this mean I am close to ovulate or I am ovulating??

My husband and I are deeply religious, and committed to teaching our children to love thier neighbor, and to always do what's right, even when it's not the easy thing to do. I remember how difficult it was for me to stick to these guidelines as a child and teen, because of the peer pressure. I was ridiculed for being one of the few kids in my school who did not cuss, sleep with boys, smoke, drink, ect..., and when I did not want to fight with girls who wanted to pick fights with me they thought it was because I was a wimp, and not because my God teaches me to love others, not hurt others. Being in this world, but not of this world, is not an easy thing for an adolescent. I was a girl, and this was from a decade to two decades ago, things are worse now, and especially for boys, . Even if I succeed in teaching them to always be loving, I know there are people out there who will punish them for it, making it hard to maintain that "Love thy neighbor" attitude. Any suggestions?

So my husband and I are thinking about having another baby (we have a 2 yr. old daughter). The other day I came across a site that was discussing chicken pox and the very harmful effects they can have on pregnant women and their babies. Well, I don't know if I've ever had chicken pox, I don't remember having them and my mom isn't sure, she thinks so but can't remember either. There is a simple blood test I can do to find out if I am immune to them or not but it's kinda pricey and insurance won't cover it. Do you think I'm being overly cautious, or should I go ahead and do the blood test?

iam 19 weeks and a couple days and i dont feel flutters like everyone says, i feel more like air bubbles, or my stomach growling? sometimes i can actuially hear it. it feels sorta like gas but its not. is this my baby? is this normal?

I have been off birth control for four years, we've tried to get pregnant, but it's never happened. As of today, my period is eight days late. I took a test and it was negative. I called my OB/GYN and he said to wait one more week, and test again. Either way, come in for a check up and see what's going on, unless I start my period. Have any of you tested negative for that long and still been pregnant? Thanks in advance to everyone who answers.

I'm 13 and have a good relationship wityh my mom But for the last few months she's been kinda weird, different. She broke several promises she had made to me and lied 3 times, about things important to me. I got devastated, if I can't trust my own mom, who will I trust? When she realized how hurt I was she apologized, desperately, cried a lot, hugged me tight, asked for forgiviness and pleaded with me to keep trusting her. Now, I'm really confused, I'm terribly hurt but also terribly sorry for her. I thinlk I'll simply forgive and forget, I'm about to consider this as one of those weakness, one of those mistakes everybody makes sometimes.

I'll never use this as a justification for me myself to lie, break promises, be mean or do bad stuff. But, now my question: if it was me the one to lie to her and break promises? Would she forgive me from the depth of her heart? Would she accept my apologies and keep trusting me?

He gets so angry when he doesn't get his way & he either hits me or throws things at me when he's mad and I'm tired of it! Time-out seems to only anger him further and spanking hasn't worked either. I don't want to beat my child. I want to make a lasting impression with the punishment, not a harmful one.

I was just wondering if you could only breast feed you baby through pumping and pumping only. My baby has problems getting the milk out as fast as she wants it. So I get bruised and she gets upset. I've waited the whole six weeks thing and nothing has gotten better...if anything it's gotten worst. Just wondering.

Ok, I was on the depo shot for a year before i stopped taking it. Whial i was on the shot I did not bleed or even spot, so i wasn't able to trake my pieriods. I got of the depo shot 4months ago and have been spotting here and there... little and alot. So it has been random. Last month I had my period i think, it was verry heavy and lasted 4 days. I used to have my period right after my mom would start, and it would last 7 days so i figured that this was my period. my mom was on hers and it was a lot more blood then spotting.
I should have had my next one by now if i had started back into my schedual... but didn't. I feel like i did when i was pregnant, but i felt like this when i was 5 months pregnant, and i guessed that i might be 2 or 3 months. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it turned out negative. I feel like i am on my period, all the cramping and blouting...

What is going on here? do you think i am pregnant... or is this normal for a depo shot withdraw?
