There isent a faster way to get a woman faster, if your trying to get your gf or wife..... pregnant then have sex as much as you can around the time she ovalates.

She should take folic acid pills or mulit vitamins... Have intercourse almost everyday missionary, and put a pillow under her hips for about 5mins after or during....
