I recently had a chance to be present during my sister-in-law's first baby. She was given cut and then later stitches on her vagina...without any anesthsia or painkiller.... it was horrible and traumatic....
do we have all hospitals carrying out deliveries like that or something better is available????

My daughter has very long fine blonde hair. I used a natural product which killed the actual lice but must not of killed the eggs as now i've found more little critters! Using the fine nit comb doesn't even grab the eggs as her hair is so fine. What can i use to kill the eggs? Will the eggs fall off if they are killed?

I know a girl that is pregnant and has been seeing this other girl for almost 2 years, and now they are having a baby together. Do you think this is okay? From what I know, they are totally in love and almost impossible to separate, but now they want me to come to their wedding and I agreed, but do you think this situation is okay? Recently I took my 9 month old son to daycare for the first time. They were serving him his formula cold. I don't do this at home and asked them why. They said that at one year old, most babies start getting whole milk straight from the refrigerator, and that they were trying to get him used to it. I have always thought that you heated the milk up, even if it wasn't formula. But I am a new mom, and wanted answers from others who have done this. When exactly should I transition from warm to cold milk with my baby?

Hey everyone...I know, I know she should already be off the bottle. BUT..I do have a plea...I have Kacey (20-months) and Matti (6 months) they are 14 months apart...and so..I can't just make the bottle disappear because her sister still gets them. I am exhausted enough as it is..so it has been a sleeping aid for HER and ME!!! But I know she needs to be off of it ASAP! Any suggestions?! THANKS!

Just wondering. We are very fortunate to have our 2 nieces watch ours while we work. While they are not perfect, it beats daycare any day. At the end of the summer they will go to daycare and I'm scared to death. Share your experiences if you wish. Just wondering if you are happy with your childcare.

So I'm 32wks now with my first and I'm very nervous about labor and delivery! I was just wondering how can you tell when the baby drops? Is it really that obvious and really hard to mistake your water breaking?? What's it feel like inside as it breaks? And last...do believe in the !?(epidural)

My dad mentioned tonight that I should pump and store breast milk just incase I get sick. I see where he is coming from but can my son get sick if I am breastfeeding while sick?

Im not stupid, just asking to get some insight. It is hard to pump when I am a stay at home mom and I am feeding him every 2 1/2-3 hours.
