just curious... to see what i am in for.... i took it this last cycle but i dont want to get my hopes up.... anyone with experience???

I took clomid for 4cycles without sucess and now have taken a break for a month n will start again frm next month.Past from 5months I am also on metformin which I take it regularly.Having both clomid and metformin have not helped to be pregnant yet thou m ovulating now.May be it may take longer for me.But it may not be the case with u.I have heard many sucess stories bout clomid.many have got preg from the 1st cycle only and some take a lot of time.so it all depends on each individual.meantime just be patient and have faith.and also clomid mimics all the symptoms of pregnancy but at the end the period arrives.Again it may not be the same for all.Atleast I had all the symptoms of pregnancy each cycle and at the end I was always disppointed.May be it may work for u the positive way.anyways good luck for everything and wish u lots of babydust.

I used Clomid to concieve all 3 of my children. My first son was 2 rounds, both my second and third were 1st rounds... I also used an ovulation test... the kind you pee on like a pregnancy test with my last 2 kids. GOOD LUCK
