OK heres my story:
i live in military housing on base (similar to an apartment complex almost.) anyway there are parks like every 3-4blocks.

i took my 26month old to play and there's 10kids unsupervised and clearly not all related. ages ranging 3-10yrs old.
my child was almost pushed off the slide by a lil boy prolly around 6 he called her a stupid baby and just pushed her. tjhis slide is high up as its like a jungle gym and u clim some steps and theres a platform and and a small slide the one she was going to go down and more stairs to the bigger slide.
then once off that she was walking and another lil boy about 5-6 pushed her and started laughing "look the baby fell haha"

i said something both times and all i get was blank stares...
theres not a way 2 see where they live to tell the parents even tho i threathened i would if they didnt stop. btw im 35wks pregnant

my question is doesnt anyone watch their children anymore or teach them manners? not saying all dont tho.

Dear Yahoo Answerers,
My husband Brody and I would like to first off start by thanking you for taking the time out to answer our question. I am pregnant with 6 children and this is my first pregnancy. We need help with names for six, so if you wouldn't mind, we would appreciate it if you would list some of your favorite girl and boy names. We want something that is cute for a little kid, "cool" for a teen, and sophistocated and grown up for an adult. Again we would like to thank you for your part in the naming process of our future 6 children.

Sincerely, Natalina and Brody Caldwell

Other Information To Help You:

Boys: 2
Girls: 4

Total: 6

Thank You, Natalina Marie Caldwell

I'm 14, and I live in Utah so it is really hot and smokey outside (from all of the wildfires), and I am very bored. My brothers have a friend to play with so they go play all day and I sit at home and do nothing...I swim from 7-9am in the morning, and after that I just come home and sit. I am taking an online class for school, but I can't move any further in it until more time goes by, and there aren't really any other classes that I can take. I haven't been able to find a job because I'm not 15 or 16. All of my friends are busy with some other activity and my other friend is at home sleeping all day, and she will not do anything with me. I've also been reading, and doing other things, but they are getting really old. Any suggestions of things that I can do to help with how bored I am?

I am a stay at home mother of two, newborn and two year old. I have chosen to have no college or full time job until my children start school so that I may be here for them. Even then I would consider staying home full time to keep my homemaking duties intact while they were away. My husband works full time 5 days a week. He helps with the kids to an extent, but nothing more. He says that it is "what I signed up for" and that it is my job. He says he don't want to work all day and come home and work here too. He has no respect for what I do at all. We have had the whole argument about SAHM vs working a million times. He refuses to believe it. He says that I don't do his job,so why should he do mine? I have never asked him to clean or do detailed things with the kids such as bathing, etc or cooking/cleaning. I do everything here. He is merely entertainment/sitter when I am busy. He says that I have all day to myself and he has no free time?? What do I say to this? I feel unappreicated.

I take home a kid in a cab from school (will b taking him home from school soon) and he is mentally handicapped. He is 15 years old, and has a mind of a 7 year old. His behavior is very annoying in my cab. I do have permission from my boss to raise my voice at him if I need to, which I do not like doing. He also distrubs his classmates. He talks about movies that involves shooting and killing (His mother allows him to watch such trash), which I do not want to hear, and he gets mad at me when I tell him that I do not want to hear it. He also taps my shoulder while I am driving, and I yelled at him for tapping my shoulder while driving, and he tells me his mother allows him to tap her shoulder while she is driving. I only assume his mother 'babys" him, because he never behaves properly in m cab. He also likes to play with the buttons, and stick his arms out the window while I am going 25MPH. When school starts next year, can I set some rules with the kid?

Any suggestions on how to increase my milk supply? I pump but I don't have time (I work full-time and have three toddlers and a newborn) to pump as often as they say, is there anything else I can do? My baby was a preemie and I really would like to avoid putting her on formula for as long as possible. Any suggestions would be great!

What should it be when trying to conceive, and how do you take it?

2007-07-11 10:15:46 · 2 answers · asked by Tammi M 2 in Trying to Conceive

I am gearing up to begin TTC the end of September. I was just looking for tips and advice on natural ways of conceiving faster... Teas, exercises, herbs, positions, timing??? Has anyone had success with fertility/ovulation predictor kits???

I have 1 son already he will be 4 soon. He was born Via emergency c-section... I am planning a VBAC. I have lost about 15 lbs...And begun working with a nutritionist to get my borderline glucose levels lower...(border line type 2 diabetic)...So I am not eating a lot of refined carbs or refined sugars! I have not had soda or caffeine (except naturally occurring caffeine) in over a month and a half! I am avoiding high fructose corn syrup, and Trans fat like the plague. And walking! My nutritionist is also a midwife...and has assured me that the reason I had my last cesarean should not be a problem for future births. I have also done extensive research into VBAC, as well as labor and birth as I am now studying to be a doula… (So please no comments about my choice of birth!) I have also been charting my BBT's for a few months and plan to continue to do so through conception, though it has been difficult to pin point ovulation!

Just looking for some tips, hints or advice!? Thanks
