and that is a 4yo testing you. be firm and stay in control. don't fly off the handle and get more upset.
if the firm no doesn't work... try a strong hold on the arm and a no closer to the face - eye level. or a swat on the butt

Too BAD...NO is the word of the day..Until he understands and stops the behavior that is causing the No's,he will hear it all the time...NO,he will hear the rest of his life.He has to learn now how to accept it......
