Yeah, its called jail time. They don't call girls under 18 "jail bait" for nothing, its illegal in almost every state to have sex with a minor.

Depends on the state. Here in Ohio it is illegal but there are still lots of 15 year old girls pregnant by 18+ guys and they don't send them to jail unless the parents or the girl complains but legally here 16 is the age of consent. Check with your local laws and you should be able to get an answer. I know in some states girls can marry at 15 and boys at 16 (although there aren't many states like that).

Depends on the situation. From what I understand, that's close in age, but there's still a chance the 18-year-old will be looking at some jail time. For some reason though, some kids aren't prosecuted at all when there's an age difference and some are.

Technically yes! Even if the sex was consentual, a 15 year old is under age and the 18 year old could be charged with statutory rape! Especially if the adults in the 15 year olds life choose to file charges.

I really do hope something happens because why would an 18 year old want to get a 15 year old little girl pregnant?? He is just gonna end up leaving her anyway wether he goes to jail or not because they are both immature and stupid.

The age of consent tends to be 16 or 17 years old. Depending on the state it is considered statutory rape and rightfully so.

You get to spend the next 20 years raising the kid, or paying for it. Other penalties depend on the state. You may be labeled as a sexual predator for the rest of your life, even if you marry the girl.

he can possibly go to jail on rape charges. it doesn't matter if it was consentual sex because the legal age is 18. trhere also a chance he might have to register as a sex offender if he is convicted. these situations play out differently on a case by case basis.

Its called STATUTORY RAPE!!! He shouldn't be sleeping with a 15 year old anyway!!! That's a freshman or Sophomore in High School!!!
