fetus, it's murder... unless she WANTS to lose the fetus, in which case it's a legal abortion?

If it's not a life, then how can it be murder? But is it is a life, how can abortion NOT be murder?

Does a life stop being a life just because a woman says, "That's not a life"? Does a lump of cells suddenly become a "life" because some day it might become a person?

We aren't catholic but I've started looking for a pre k program for our son. I was just wondering if anyone has had a good experience with Catholic schools. They are a little more expensive and we have fairly good public schools around here so I'm not sure if it's worth sending him there as opposed to another area preschool. It would make him easier to get him into elementary school at the same place but we aren't planning on staying here more than another 3 years tops while I'm finishing college. The finances arent a huge issue because tuition isnt totally unreasonable. I'm just looking for some pros and cons of sending non catholic (african american and baptist) child to catholic school. My son also is treated for speech delays so he would qualify to attend headstart as an alternative as well.

Strangle me.. He didn’t make it so I couldn’t breath he would just grab my neck and push me back and kind of shake my head. Only when he was really “mad” though.. Idk I remember this time he called me out from my room and told me to get him the remote for the tv. (mind you I was in my room reading a book and the remote was in the living room the SAME room he was in and all he had to do was get off his a$s and get it it was 10 feet away from him where as I was in a completely different part of the house)

I got him the remote and told him that I didn’t think it was fair that I was busy and in a different room and he asked me to get the remote. And I called him lazy.. that’s when he flipped out on me and that’s when that happened.

Do you think that was wrong of him to do that? I was 9 years old. Or do a lot of parents use their kids as maids to do simple tasks that they could have??

i have been having 31 day cycles for the past few months.. my last period started on May 13th and ended May 17th... my partner and i had sex on June 1st and 2nd, and he came inside of me a little bit... is pregnancy even possible? ..i think i would have ovulated earlier, but im not sure?

I'm going to look after a friends baby for 2 weeks in the summer. Him and his wife will be out and about on holiday etc. so during the typical 9-5, I will look after the baby, who, is about a year an a half.
I was wondering, is there any kind of course I should take? or just basic books I could maybe take a look at?
I've babysat before, for babies, toddlers and much older, and I'm going to take a first aid course specially for infants. But I'm still concerned.
Are there any other courses that I should take quickly? Or does anyone know of any books that would be useful and beneficial?

Originally my husband was supposed to teach our son Spanish and about Ecuadoran culture. Unfortunately he is several cards short of a full deck. I still want my son to know about his heritage though, his family lives across the country so I can't rely on them for everything. How do I go about making sure he knows Spanish and about Latin history? I have good vocabulary but I don't always conjugate things right.

I thought i had implantation bleeding for about 6/7 hours one day last week. Was due on my period 3 days after, i couldnt wait to see if i came on, so i did a pregnancy test...negative :( Came on a day early than normal, was a little different to begin with, was light (flow wise) and in colour,then went brownish and now its gone very dark red. Still getting pains in my stomach. I dont suffer from period pains, never have. I was convinced i was pregnant, was needing the toilet frequently, cramps in my lower stomach, very sore nipples, implantation bleeding....so i thought.
I have NEVER suffered from period pains, so assumed that it was early pregnancy symptoms. My partner and I got our hopes up. I know that you can still have a period whilst being pregnant, my breast have stopped hurting so am i pregnant or not? shall i do another test? dont want another dissapointment. why did i bleed before my period? Is it wishful thinking? VERY confused!

Hey everyone.. I have a weird question and it's kind of nerve racking.. I'm 14 weeks and 3 days pregnant.. or so they say.. The doctors told me I didn't conceive until around the 9th of March which in my book makes 110 percent sense to me..if you get the drift..... even the lady at the hospital said that dateas well....but my period was feb 15th - 22nd...they told me i ovulate at a different time then the average woman....they also told me to minus two weeks from the actual amount that I'm pregnant and I'd get my real dates and what not.... so that means my baby is ACTUALLY only 12 weeks and three days from the time of conception and they just add the extra two weeks for shits and giggles??? I mean whats up with all this stuff?? It makes my head spin and It's murder trying to explain it all to my boyfriend... we have the technology now so why do they still say 40 weeks?? when it's only 38??? Someone want to fill me in PLEASEEE?!!?

I see kids that are really not well behaved and I hear so much about kids that are out of control. My kids are happy and mostly repsectful and well mannered. I dont' want to feel better than everyone! lol... so I want to hear from other sucessful families and parents. Do you feel different for having a happy family?

I have heard that kids don't use their imagaination with toys and tv around, but my daughter plays vet with the dog, makes lists and is constantly using her imagaination. I was wondering if this is declining with the tv and game boys, etc. Or if kids use their imaganation daily still to do cool and weird things...?

I should have ovulated on the 24th may.Me and my partner have been trying for a baby, we had sex on the 21,23,24,25,26. My period is due on the 7th of june. I has stomach cramps for two days straight on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. I've got abit of spotting. could this be implantation bleeding or my period commming earlier? Please help!!

I went out with this guy and he ended up not knowing at all how to date so I dumped him. Now he's going out with my best friend and trashes me. He also got his parents and all his family friends to hate me and tells them lies all the time. I broke up with him nicely, I really did care about it. The worst part is, now that he's going out with my best friend, he suddenly knows how to make out and whatever. He brought her roses, and he was a really crappy boyfriend to me. Why didn't he treat me like that? And how do I deal with him being in ALL aspects of my life, I can't get away from him!
