If you could choose how your baby was born, would you make the decision to just go under the knife for the sake of vanity? Many movie stars are and they give reasons such as not wanting spread hips, vaginal problems, pain of vaginal birth.... Women, what's your take on this?

we are a married couple since a few months, now planning to have a child.
my last period starting date was the 25th of january 2007. i'd like to know :
1. on WHICH date i'd be OVULATNG/MOST FERTILE.
2. the best time for us to have intercourse to conveive a BOY.
3. positon of intercourse and time of the day for sex.

The doc said that they didnt know how much tylenol to give her, and i dont know what to do. My boyfriend is at work so i dont have a car. And the docs on the phone arent being much help. She has slept all day but when she is awake she is really fussy and uncomfortable. She is very congested, i need help please! thank you , Jes

My 4-year old cannot recognize any of my boundaries. Last night, she opened a child-proof antihistamine and took several pills (poison control said it was OK). She will eat toothpaste from a high enough medicine cabinet, disobey me during time out, cry and throw herself on the ground if she doesn't get her way,etc. Her teacher told me she has some mild defiance issues but aren't serious. I've taken away toys, treats, given spanks, and she's starting to stay in time out for a large portion of the day because of her rebelliousness. Am I correct to seek out counseling? Any good books anyone can recommend? I'm really exhausted by the butting of heads. Thank you very much Nancy

She has no problem falling asleep on her own but will sometimes wake up 2-5 times a night. I will let her cry and then tend to her, or sometimes she just wants her bottle but will fall asleep after sucking for 30 seconds. I know it's more about comfort for her than anything, but i dont want to have to get up so often just to hand her a bottle or a teddy bear or rock her.

This is my first baby, and is not twins. How come I'm only 12 weeks my belly is already getting bigger? I thought it wasn't until 16 weeks that your belly begins to noticeable grow. I have a friend who is 16 weeks who is showing as much as me. She is very petite and skinny though, and I'm more average a size 12, but I had a flat stomach to begin with

I need to know if my girlfriend is pregnant. I am 16 and she is 15 we've been having sex since last July. In August her periods stopped and in October her belly popped out. Now her breasts are huge, her nipples are big and brown and her belly looks like she swallowed an NBA 3 point shot !!!
