it means that you are not a virgin anymore....some people refer to a girls hymen as her cherry....and when you have sex you "pop" your cherry or break you hymen, that is why you might bleed after the first time you have sex....the hymen is just a little piece of skin inside you vagina and chances are you have already broken it or at least stretched it.....

There is a thin membrane that covers the cervix. When a man inserts his penis into a girls vagina, that membrane can break. It can bleed a small amount and some people tell me there can be a little pain, but not a lot.
In layman's terms: it means you are no longer a Virgin.

These people are all nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you don't have to have sex for your hymen to brake( that's what your " cherry" is). however, for most girls it happens the first or even secod time they have sex. the hymen is a little piece of skin in the vagina and it brakes when there is trauma to it. some girls brake it when they play sport or whatever.
