does anyone know any nice baby quotes that can be put on cards or somehtuing like that for baby showers, also im planning a surprise baby shower anyone have any ideas as in games, suveniers, etc.?

I am 5 weeks pregnant and yesterday i started bleeding. I have no cramps and when i attended hospital they told me that my cervix was closed and that at that time it was a threatened miscarriage. This was at 1pm yesterday and I am still bleeding now. It is like a usual period however usually on my first day I get terrible pain which often makes me vomit. I have no pain now. At the hospital they took a blood test to check my HCG levels. I am now due to go back in the morning for another check on my HCG. This is my first pregnancy and it is very much wanted. I am now getting myself into a terrible state and am convinced that I am miscarrying. Also when I got up yesterday morning my breasts were very sore and tender but today now I have no pain in them at all - could this mean I have miscarried. I am going out of my brain and am frightened that if I havnt miscarried already the state I am in will cause me to. I just have a terrible feeling that I have already miscarried. Please help

What are some of the signs of ovulating? Because, i sometimes notice a thick discharge looking stuff, but i never know. Please advise me of any information possible. How long does a woman normally ovulate for?

When exactly is a woman in her fertile window? (I.e- When is she the most fertile?) And, how long is a woman usually fertile? I've been doing some research and i keep getting mixed various answers. How long after or before a woman gets her menstrual cycle should she have sex to maximize increasing a pregnancy? Thanks!

i went to the dr. today they said my cervix was closed and was measuring at 4 cm. (average size) but i am losing a little bit of the mucus plug everyday. this is my 3rd pregnancy. i lost it the same way with my last baby but i was 37 weeks pregnant. should i worry? the dr. said every thing was fine but why am i losing my mucus plug already? will it grow back so i can carry to full term?

my last period was november 23rd since then I have taken 5 pregnancy test all which have come back negative up until recently I havent had any unusual symptoms just the missed periods but now im having a brown discharge not a lot as I only notice a little when I wipe. I do not have any pain, itching nor burning just two missed periods and the brown discharge with oder not an fishy oder but an oder non the less, plus yesterday i passed one small blood clot and nothing else also if it makes any different I gave birth eight months ago and up until the last one my cycle was normal. My question is, do anyone know what this may be or have had a similar case my doctors appt. is monday but im kinda nervous...thanx in advance

i think ive asked this question before but im going to try again. im 21 weeks pregnant and my hips hurt so bad that i cant hardly walk sometimes. i just had a dr appt last week and i had told him about this and he didnt comment at all. are any of you all experiencing this also? will it get any better? also are there some time of excerise i maybe can do to ease the pain?

How does this affect your life and how does everything work out? Do the parents get too mad or are they usually more supportive? Right now me (18) and my girlfriend (17) are waiting for her time of the month and then getting a test. We have already decided to stop with sex for awhile but have already decided to deal with any consequences that might come up. Anything will help. Thank you

Im going for my 28 weeks exam and Ultrasound tomorrow and Im just wondering what should I expect. Do most doctors do another actual exam or is it just like the ones I have been having where i go in sit down he listens to the heart beat then measures my belly and tells me I can go?? I know I get to have an ultrasound but Im wondering if there will be anything else? Please help.

she has been trying to get pregnant for 5 years, and i became pregnant then i found out so was she. after i gave birth to my daughter, i became pregnant again 3 months later. i didnt want children in the first place and i dont believe in abortion. how do i deal with her ignorancy... and meaness towards me for something i can not change? she has always been a jealous person... and it is pointless trying to be nice. and her mother is as mean to me as she is. how can i cope with it? their mean words, and constantly trying to bring me down and make me feel bad for being pregnant when i am supposed to be happy.

I'm confused. I had my 8 year old son in Piano a couple years ago and took him out of it because he hated to practice. When I took him out of it he started crying and said he would practice. I still took him out of it because it was too late. So I recently tried again with guitar because he said he wanted to learn it. Now he continued to say he wanted to learn it but the same issue with practice came up. He says he wants to learn guitar but never takes initiative to practice. After I make him practice he goes 5 minutes and then asks if he is done. So I'm debating if music is for him or not. Do I keep him in and constantly be on top of him or just scrap music?

I had sex with this female new years night and the condom came off, as soon as I noticed that it was off I stopped and I haven't comed. Last night I received a phone call from her and she said that she is pregnant. She said that her period come on on December 24 and went off on December 29. She also said that she is in a relationship, even when we had sex, and that her and her boyfriend has been having sex without a condom about a week after we had sex. She said that she took a three pregnancy tests about four days ago and that they were all positive. What is the chance that this is my child? Is there anything that I can do to find out before she gives birth? Any help or advise will be deeply appreciated.
