my wifes pregnant with our second baby and its a girl but she needs help with the names. Our 3 year old son is named Sutton. Our last name is Thomas. Here are the names we like:
1) Isabella
2) Jayme
3) Thalia
4) Caitlin

for the middle name we like Skyler but that could be switched with one of the first names. Help, our baby girl is due the week Feb. 26 and we need a name!

Do you think that when a child comes to you about bullying at school and you dont really have a satisfying answer,or your not sure you answered them the best way, would they eventually stop asking you for help thinking you just dont know and cant help?
I think that is the trouble when a child comes to you for help when you dont know what to do your self. That must make a child feel like they have no one to help them and they therefore dont develope the skills themselves.
What should we do as parents when we fear our child isn't developing those important skills because WE didn't have correct advice from our parents, because they didn't know either?
I mean, saying ' just ignore them' or the likes doesn't work and doesn't give the child strong tools to develope confidence to deal with these situations. Thanks ; )

i know this sounds stupid but i thought when they turn 1 they are a toddler but others say when baby startes to walk
so i am confused
my son turns 1 on feb 10 th and when i said he is gonna be a toddler my b/f mom told me no not untill he walks
so just wondering when it really is a toddler thanks

Within the next 7 weeks my little one will be here. I am planning on breast feeding, but want to buy a pump incase I have to go somewhere without her. Any suggestions as to which is a good one? I have heard that a double pump is the only way to go. Are manual breast pumps worst than electric? So confused! Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Just wanted some advice.
I will always remember today as i was about to choke on a large piece of sliced fruit. There was no one around in the house at the time and my room door was locked at the time so no one could come to help. I fell instantly to the floor and everything started to go dark. My life flashed before my eyes as i was choking and fell to the floor. I managed to get enough strength together and ran at full speed towards the wall and bumped it hard, the sliced fruit (wasnt soft) then fell down. I was seconds away from death.
What can an individual do if he is on his own like that and starts choking? I now want to learn first aid - how much would it cost - i know its a 3 day course but not sure on price?

does the timing of day really have anything to do with results.. Ok i took a test 4 days ago it was negative which i took at a random time of day. then i took one a day ago it lokked like a positive the line going a cross looked like this - - and there was a very very light line going through it and i took that first thing when i woke up in the morning well i took another one later that day and it was negative again any ideas...... im so confused and i dont wanna go to the doctors right away b/c i dont have the money

i been wondering for a month if i am pregnant i have an irregular period and i haven't got it this month all i have been getting is pink spotting yesterday i got my "period" but i only got it in the morning the rest of the day there was no fluid, also i went to the doctor cause i felt i had somethin in my left breast i got an ultrasound for my breast but the doctor said everything was ok, but if he saw the ultrasound of my breast could he tell by them i was pregnant? oh also me and my fiance have sex regularly and we have tride getting pregnant but nothing for several months know i do not want to take a hpt because i am scared that is a negative i just want to know if its a posibility that i am pregnant? i havent had many symptoms of em only twice i felt that the floor was moving but that is it. please help

Our family had a sleep over with my cousin who has a 10 yr old boy.The boy and my daughter were really close as they grew up together.About a month back we found them kissing under the covers.They both blamed it on each other,and had stories ready to tell us if they were caught.
I told her that the only thing she did was lie to us and try to cover it up.I emphasied that she could come to us with anything,even if it is something that would disappoint us.
She is still upset about what she had done and told me many times how ashamed she is and how sorry she is about it.
I Made sure of telling her over and over again that it was just a mistake and that the boy who is older than her,who knew about sex took advantage of her.
I am afraid if something more than kissing had happened,she says its just kissing.
How can I help her?How will I find out if something more happened without hurting her.She gets upset as soon as I bring it up.
Any help would be appriciated from parents and doctors

daughter having problems obtaining medicaid/houston,given foodstamps at office.was supposed to rcv card asap,but dragging their feet.she is going into her 4th month,found out she was pregnant in 2nd month did'nt know she was pregnant due to irregularites.she has since started having cardiac problems and needs serious med attention.she has been seeing a nurse practitioner just to get some sort of care until medicaid does what they should've.she has been seen in the emergency room twice in two weeks with a heart rate of 130-140 with shortness of breath.this is really ridiculous.my child and her first baby are at risk and my daughter needs to be connected with someone who can get her immediate attention.she needs medicaid to see an ob and cardiologist before something really bad happens.if anyone has info please respond asap.thanks sincerely.

I am pragnant and dont know who the father is at this stage.I am booked in for a scan to find out how far i am.when i know that i'll know who the father is. Both possible fathers are aware of the situation but they and their families all want to know the DNA results BEFORE birth.I can understand their concerns but dont want a needle through my stomach and risk having another misscarrage.I am booked in for a scan in a weeks time which should tell me the result....there's 3 weeks between partners.Should i go ahead with the DNA test to satisfy others knowledge?Or will the scan results be enough information to give an accurate answer?

ok so i was soupst to ovulate yesterday(2-4-07).... i have been havin these slight crampy pains on my right side since friday night... they arent real bad and they come and go but they are noticeable when they come.... i just want to know if you think these may be ovulation cramps or just a pcos cramp.... because i pcos.....all answeres wiil be appericated thanks
