I am currently on the NuvaRing and I used when I had sex on January 27th. We also used a condom. But I've been feeling funny like I'm bloated and contantly nautious. I started my period 7 days earlier than I calculated.

I would take a pregnancy test if you are concerned....But, keep watch to see if there are any changes in your cycles...that could be related to the Ring...or any other developing conditions....

But, usually if you have a full normal cycle, even if it is early...it could just be something else other than pregnancy!

If you just started the birth control, you probably arent regular yet. And you might never be. I always had my period 5 days before or after i was supposed to even though i was always taking it the way i was supposed to. It depends on the persons body. but if you had your period and it was normal as in the flow and length then you are fine..

If you normally have a heavy flow and it was light, and it normally lasts 7 days and it only lasted 4 or 5, i would get a pregnancy test.

I would also get a pregnancy test just to have peice of mind.. But to me, i wouldnt worry, seems like you are the first person on here to do everything right

If you had sex on Jan 27, you would ONLY BE 9 days pregnant.

And symptoms DO NOT show up that early.

(Did you remove the NuvaRing for 7 days to start your period?)
You should not get your period until the ring is removed.

You could still be pregnant even if you have your period. My mom had hers every month for 6 months while she was pregnant with me. It all depends on your body. I know nothing about the nuva ring! I only know about birth control pills........hope I helped a bit. You wont know until you take a test! Good luck.

I dont think your pregnant if your using 2 different types of birth control. Maybe you're catching a cold. What do you mean by feeling funny??

I doubt it, but go to a doctor and take the test just to make sure. At least you'll know for good whether or not you're pregnant. Hope I helped. :)

well my mom has that and i no all the simptoms and all what you are going through actually could be cause by the ring as a simptom. maybe you should go get a doctor check it out because you might be having a reaction to it. and if so you might have to remove it.

No, you are not pregnant. You will start your period if you take out the Nuva Ring.
