Sorry*while pregnant* The reason I ask is because I am 6 weeks pregnant and I am having the milky discharge I had before pregnancy. I am assuming this means ovulation but not sure.

No ovulation, but the discharge is more then likely normal for pregnancy. I'd bring it up with the Dr, just to be sure.

Not generally but it can happen.

"It is very uncommon to ovulate during pregnancy. The hormonal changes that occur with pregnancy suppress ovulation. This may be the reason why pregnancy seems to be protective against ovarian cancer. With less ovulation, there are fewer cellular changes in the ovary and therefore less of a chance for cancer to develop. There have been several isolated reports of women getting "pregnant again" approximately 2-3 weeks into a pregnancy. This is extremely rare. "

Not while you are pregnant. Once the fertilized egg attaches to the wall of the uterus, you automatically start producing a hormone that stops ovulation until after the baby is born and your cycle returns to normal.

No. Once you're pregnant, your body produces hormones to let your ovaries stop ovulating.
