ok so i was soupst to ovulate yesterday(2-4-07).... i have been havin these slight crampy pains on my right side since friday night... they arent real bad and they come and go but they are noticeable when they come.... i just want to know if you think these may be ovulation cramps or just a pcos cramp.... because i pcos.....all answeres wiil be appericated thanks

I have had ovulation pains like that. I am not experienced w/ PCOS though, so I wouldn't be able to advise on the difference.

Are you charting? Your fertility signs are a more reliable indicator of ovulation than ovulation pain.

Start looking for other signs of ovulation during the month. When your cervical fluid looks like eggwhites and your cervix is high enough that it is hard to reach and as soft as your lips then you are ovulating. At other times of the month your cervix will be harder like the tip of your nose and you will be able to reach it easier. It is also really helpful to chart your basal body temp so you know after you have ovulated.
