Everyone tells you to eat healthy but what exactly can I eat to better my diet to get healthier besides eating fruits and veggies?

Don't stress out too bad about it......just eat well balanced meals. Skip the deep fried and super greasy stuff, and only have it occasionally. Limit caffeine, avoid alcohol.

Whole grains instead of white flour. Cut back on sugar. Make sure you get plenty of lean protein. You can eat whatever except some fish and unpasturized dairy products.

Everything that was said already, and don't forget to take your Prenatal vitamin! The folic acid is really important (as is everything else too!).
