Spastic Cerebral Palsy, Spastic Diplegia, Spastic Hemiplegia, Spastic Quadriplegia, Spastic Triplegia, Spastic Monoplegia.

Which type of Spasticity are you referring to?

If you are going to try and insult people for the way they were born, can you at least try to be a little more precise?

As for a child generated by 2 people with birth defects themselve - the risk of having a child born with the same or greater disability is very high as both parents are sufferers.
The odds are in fact pretty much reversed.
Disabled parents chances of bearing a 'normal' child is approximately the same as 'normal' parents bearing a disabled one.

It could be......genetics go back farther than just the mom and dad. If each "spastic" had 2 normal parents, then the baby could be normal.

Well 2 so called 'normal' people can have a child with disabilities so it seems very probable 2 people with 'disabilities' can have what you term a 'normal' child.

That is NOT the proper term. However people that have severe learning disabilities have a higher chance of having children with learning problems, but that is not 100%. It's like two people that are "Little People" that have children don't necissarily have childrens that are also little, but it can happen.
